New 4/3 Private Single Family - 2 min to ocean, kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles
Blue Treasure at Sombrero Beach is a 2020 built single-family home on a large lot within walking distance to the beautiful Sombrero beach and 2 minute boat ride to the ocean. This house is a private, fully equipped, 4/3 that has three king memory foam beds and one queen memory foam mattress in the bedrooms. We have one queen sofa memory foam pullout couch. All the rooms have a TV w/ cable & Netflix. We also have a separate downstairs area that we provide kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles at no additional cost. The ping pong table is located downstairs as well and has paddles and extra balls for your use. License #:VACA-20-150
Our home is very unique because we are located perfectly in marathon for the avid boater or the family that wants to get away to a piece of paradise. We are within 5 minutes walking to the beach and a 2 minute boat ride to the open ocean. We have a 52' private dock and private pool that is included for all renters (during the winter we include the heater to renters for free). We have paddle boards, bicycles and kayaks included in the price of our home.
We have a refrigerator downstairs to avoid all of the up and down for drinks, ice, etc...
Beach cooler provide so you can take to the beach for your convenience. We also have 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas that you can take down to the beach. We just ask that you rinse them when you get back.
Pool toys available for your use.
A corn hole for your use.
Games available for your use.
Cameras on the outside of the property to protect the home from theft.

I run a family businesses of managing my two vacation homes in Marathon with my family. We all help out and we work with a cleaning crew and others to do some of the work. We have a high quality of service and use the homes for ourself sometimes by blocking out weeks for us. You will be staying in our home and we like to make sure you have the best experience.

We are located 5 minutes walking to the beach and less then 3 minute boat ride to open ocean. You can go deep sea fishing or head to the Sombrero Lighthouse to snorkel within 20 minutes from the house. Great private area that is peaceful and perfect for families.
