Here is an opportunity to rent one of the best waterfront units on Pine Island. The gorgeous views are across the water and down the waterway to the north. Captain's Harbor has a 50' boat dock for each unit that can accommodate a 26' boat, a swimming pool, and two tennis courts as well as two refurbished pickle ball courts. Enjoy the fishing pond, walking trails, kayaking from your personal dock, and biking the 16 miles of trails around the island. Live the Captain's Harbor lifestyle, with quick deep access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. You are minutes by boat from the unspoiled beaches of Cayo Costa, the funky "Cheeseburger in Paradise" vibe of Cabbage Key and the fantastic tarpon fishing of Boca Grande Pass. You can be offshore in minutes for snapper, grouper, tuna, or mahi-mahi -- or fish the backwaters for snook, sea trout, and redfish. Field & Stream magazine calls the area around our island one of the 10 best fishing spots in the world! Rent a boat from the nearby marina or put in your own at the nearby ramp. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, washer/dryer, cable and wifi. Each dock comes with electric, water and fish cleaning station. Two adult kayaks (one tandem one single) and three bikes (two adult, one child) available for use - kayak with dolphins within minutes of your condo. Enjoy the Osprey nest directly off the front of the lanai and fishing from the dock as the sun sets. Come visit Bokeelia - adventure awaits you!

This property no longer has a grill due to previous renters inability to maintain cleanliness. Renters are NOT allowed to use the golf cart stored on property. There is a third bedroom located ground level off the garage with a queen bed. This bedroom has AC, windows and a ceiling fan, however is not advertised as the floor is not maintained. Renters can use this bedroom if needed, however please note that the condition of this bedroom is rustic. The condo is advertised and meant to be used as two bedrooms only, the ones on the main level of condo.

Paradise!

Absolutely loved our stay in this condo at Captain's Harbor! The condo was great with all needed amenities (and more!) Lanai overlooked the water and we watched ospreys, herons and pelicans. You can fish right out front. We saw many dolphin as we had breakfast on the lanai. Easy access to big waters of Charlotte Sound or nearby Calusa Island. The available kayaks were great. Full garage handy to store our golf clubs and bikes, although bikes are also included with this condo. The community was so welcoming. Thank you Lisa for sharing your lovely condo!

Great condo

We loved the condo and the location. It was so convenient having the docks steps away from the condo for fishing, boating and kayaking. The pool was also steps from the condo. The owner/manager was excellent to work with and promptly responsive and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this rental to anyone that wants a relaxing, peaceful getaway.
