Please know that all properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Nothing about this stay was pleasant or easy. We are seasoned international travelers and met in New Orleans for long-awaited time together. The check-in and support process:- online check-in was non-intuitive and lengthy. We were told we would receive check-in instructions 24 hours before check-in and we did not receive them- I requested early check-in and was prompted to purchase it directly through their online portal. Once I did, I received no further communication.- I contacted their support channels via phone, text, and email. I was unable to get resolutions to my support queries or any help checking in, which was especially frustrating as we'd been traveling internationally for many hours.- We finally got in after 3 support calls. It was my most frustrating check-in experience in all of my travels.The unit:- The unit did not match the photos and was both poorly stocked and poorly decorated. We couldn't not find a hairdyer and the toiletries were insufficient.- The shower/bath units were very dirty. I did not feel comfortable taking a bath because there was mold and grime.- The unit was very loud and we slept poorly both nights - car alarms, wedding and rowdy celebrations made for sleepless nights.The building:- The building itself is somewhat dated. The interior lobby and elevators stink.- There is a fourth floor lounge and rooftop area. The only shining light of this stay were the onsite property management team, who helped us navigate our issues.
