We enjoyed the deck, the grill, and the back yard area with our pets. The home is conveniently located and nicely appointed.We will stay here again.

We are from eastern NC so this was a localish family vacation with two adults, a child and pet. We booked due to the canal in the back for our son to fish. Having the sides of the yard fenced for the dog was a huge plus. The back could use some weeding. We were going to try the kayaks but haven’t used before so we did a tour in Manteo. Definitely would have used if we had time. The upstairs is very open and bright. There is another whole kitchen downstairs so would be great for a family gathering. We mainly lived upstairs. The interior was clean but could used a deep clean. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

Lovely home on the sound. The fenced yard is ideal when traveling with a dog. Having a full kitchen upstairs as well as downstairs is also very convenient. We will stay here again. The list of cons is short. The biggest one is the downstairs temperature is very warm and humid and the A/C ran constantly but never cooled it much. Upstairs was nice and cool. A broom and dustpan would be a nice thing to have. After a few days the floor got sandy and we would have liked to have swept it. There's a faucet in one of the upstairs bathrooms that has no hot water. It was not really an inconvenience for us because there was only 4 in our group and plenty of other bathrooms. Overall, it was a nice nice rental.
