The extended top-level deck offers both sunrise and sunset views, making it a great spot for coffee, porch swinging, or watching the waves roll in all day long.

This home is ideal for groups who want extra room to gather and spread out. There's a full living area on every floor, including a kitchenette on the top level, a full kitchen on the mid-level, and a second full kitchen on the ground level. With two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and three dining spaces, Babe's Place offers the kind of flexibility most five-bedroom homes can't. Conveniently situated near Seagate North Shopping Center and just over half a mile from Avalon Pier, you're close to dining, shops, ice cream, and even yoga. The beach is only about 50 yards away, and there's a fish cleaning station and foot wash under the house for post-fishing cleanup. While Babe's Place is a little older in style, it's well-kept and filled with the kind of laid-back comforts that make guests feel at home year after year.
