Living Spaces
Enter the main level into a carpeted formal living room with high ceilings, gas fireplace and sliding doors that open to the back deck. The separate family room off the kitchen has a wood burning fireplace (with gas starter), TV, and door that leads out to a small front stone patio.

Kitchen and Dining
Whether entertaining outside or inside, enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, Subzero refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, and double ovens.
The formal dining room has seating for 8 and sliding doors that open to the back deck.
The back deck has an outdoor wood burning fireplace and teak patio furniture.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed with a wood burning fireplace, walk-in closet, private balcony and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sinks.
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and a small deck.
The spacious full hall bathroom on this level has a standing shower.
Bedroom #3 doubles as an office space with a desk and a twin day bed with optional twin pull-out trundle.
Downstairs Bedroom:
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed.
The full hall bathroom on this level has a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #5 is in the detached guest house which has a vaulted ceiling, tiled floor, a queen bed, TV, small seating area, wet bar with a small sink and under counter refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.

Single car garage and parking in driveway for one additional car.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
