Enjoy easy walks to a bevy of eateries, galleries and unique shops, along with events like the Carmel Bach Festival and Monterey Car Week from your vacation home. This lovely cottage is the perfect 'love nest' for two or a downright decadent retreat for one. Each room feels open and spacious and you'll love the custom finishes throughout.

Living Space
Upon entry, you'll be greeted by wide-plank hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace with a gas starter surrounded by beautiful Carmel Stone. A large area rug anchors the living room seating area with a plush sofa and an over-sized upholstered armchair, and a flat screen TV. Windows flood the space with natural light by day and a graceful chandelier warmly lights the space in the evenings.

Kitchen and Dining
Whip up a delicious dinner in the stunning chef's kitchen with granite counters and high-end stainless steel appliances including a Wolf gas range and a Subzero refrigerator. The deep kitchen sink is nestled under two corner windows looking out into the trees.

The nearby laundry room is home to a stacked washer and dryer as well as additional kitchen storage and the microwave.

The dining area is light and bright, situated near a window and French doors that go out to a small deck with a small iron table and two chairs. Inside, the wooden table and chairs seat four.

Bedroom and Bathroom
The bedroom has a king bed with luxurious linens, a TV, and direct access to a charming stone patio through French doors that is home to two chairs and a small table, shaded by a magnolia. The property is graced with live oaks, mature landscaping and privacy fencing.
The en suite bathroom has a standing shower with custom tile and an attractive vanity with a granite countertop and vessel sink.

Guests have a convenient off-street parking space in the driveway.
