Come and stay at this cozy 934 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Carmel-by-the-Sea cottage with lots of windows and enclosed back yard where it's easy to walk to downtown restaurants and shops and to the beach.

Living Space
Colorful shutters and a front door painted in a cheerful, saturated blue and a covered concrete porch with two chairs greet you upon arrival. Enter the Dutch door into the living room with a gas-log fireplace, TV, upright piano and plenty of comfortable seating. Colorful sofas, ocean themed art and a wood treatment on the ceiling make for an uplifting, homey space.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen is a warm, sunny space and has a four-burner gas range. Whimsical art is uplifting and an eat-in wooden table seats 4.

Outside
The stone patio is home to a round 4-top table with four chairs and a charcoal BBQ grill. A brick patio under an oak tree has two chairs, a perfect place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee with your traveling companion.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.
The full hall bathroom has a standing shower.

Stacked washer/dryer.

Off-street parking in the driveway; garage is not available for guest use.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
