Welcome to SWEET SPOT, our lovely 5 BR, 3.5 BA, two story home in vibrant and family friendly Gilbert. The backyard is an exciting paradise with a heated pool, putting green, covered patio and gas grill. Pool heating is optional and the pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.

Warm up your strokes on the putting green before heading to one of many nearby golf courses. Wine and dine on the covered patio with a gas grill for barbecued treats. All that's missing from our outdoor oasis is YOU!

The home is located in the Power Ranch community which is popular for its many family friendly amenities. Exciting outdoor choices open to guests include baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds, covered pavilions, splash pad, hiking/biking trails and more. WOW! Gilbert Regional Park (5 minute drive) has 18 pickleball courts
Tumbleweed Park (15 minute drive) has 18 brand new pickleball courts
Arizona Athletic Grounds (20 minute drive) is an expansive youth sports venue with baseball, football, and soccer fields plus volleyball courts, dance and gymnastic studios. Local, state and national tournaments and events are held here year round.
Revel Surf Park in Mesa (15 minute drive) and features a surf wave at Cannon Beach
Mansel Park (10 minute drive) has ball courts, playgrounds, a splash pad, fishing pond and skate plaza.

~ TASTEFUL & COMFORTABLE ~
Our home features a beautiful living room with plush seating, TV and a decorative fireplace. An adjacent game area has several table and video games for indoor entertainment. Wifi is complimentary.

The eat-in kitchen is completely stocked making it easy to prep and serve home cooked meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. The modern dining room seats 8 at the table with additional bar seating for 8 along the wall. Wifi is complimentary. A booster highchair and Pack N Play are in home for guests use.

~ GOOD NIGHT, SLEEP TIGHT ~
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the second floor. The primary suite is upstairs and features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and en suite bath. A hair dryer is supplied.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs and have king beds, TVs and ceiling fans. Bathroom 2 features a tub-shower combo and is shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3. A landing at the top of the stairs has a queen pull out sofa bed and a desk with chair for your remote work.

Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor and has a king bed and TV; Bedroom 5 is also on the ground floor and has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds. These bedrooms share Bathroom 3 which is Jack and Jill style with a tub-shower combo. The half bath is also on the ground floor and is just a few steps away from the back door to the pool deck.

The laundry room has family size appliances and starter detergent is supplied. There is an attached garage with parking for one car and driveway spaces for three additional vehicles. A ping pong table on wheels in the garage is ready to be set up for lively competition.

Take your binoculars to help you spot Jack Rabbits, Roadrunners and migrating water fowl. Gilbert Regional Park has sports courts and a splash pad with 57 different water features. Don't miss the equestrian and multi use trails at Zanjero Park, the museum of natural history or the Arizona Science Center. Hop on our modern highway system to visit Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix and Scottsdale.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement s guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 14 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of fourteen (14).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does not record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80 F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
