Four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. An additional unique bunk room/closet is available (not technically a bedroom.) Three separate dining areas, pool table, ping pong, indoor and outdoor games. The private backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the pool (heated or cooled optional), loungers/chairs and games. Approx one mile to downtown Gilbert, four miles to SanTan Village w/ shopping & eateries galore! Relax in the peaceful backyard w/ pool & lovely furnished outdoor patio area. Easy drive to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa & Chandler. Walking/hiking trails abundant. Approx. 20 min to Sky Harbor Airport. One of the bedrooms and full bath on the main floor with NO STAIRS.

*The pool has heating and cooling available. We recommend heating the pool between the months of mid-October through mid-May for a comfortable swimming temp of 78-83 degrees. Cooling is also available and a nice option in the hot summer months. Heating/cooling available for an additional fee.

This property is magnificent. We had 6 adults staying here for a wedding weekend. We all had all the privacy we needed and enjoyed the home thoroughly. It rained most of the weekend, but we were able to enjoy the amenities of the home. Lots of little details tha made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

House was very comfortable and nice. The only drawback was the rule that no one could come visit. I didn't have a car and my son had to come get me and return me so we could visit since he couldn't visit me at the property. No parties, just wanted to visit.

The home was warm and inviting. Furnishings very comfortable, clean, and in good condition. The backyard was a perfect gathering place for family and heating the pool was a great choice. Our hosts could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. I appreciate their patience as I should have read the house Manuel more thoroughly and all of my questions could have been answered there first!

Cousin Get Together

Family from Michigan and California met in Arizona for a week long getaway. This property was perfect for a relaxing trip. Home was spacious and beautiful and pool and covered outside space were perfect for hanging out, playing cards and just relaxing!

Great stay in Gilbert AZ

We stayed at this property for two months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the proximity to downtown Gilbert, the nearby bike paths, and all of the surrounding area. The house itself was well appointed and the pictures on the VRBO site are very representative of the actual rooms and home features. We and our family and friends who visited all loved the backyard and pool area. Our hosts, Chuck and Tammi, were very welcoming and responsive to addressing our questions and requests.

Friends Getaway

We visited the area for a friends wedding and turned it into a friendcation. The house was perfect for our group and the communication was great! Check-in and out was a breeze. Couldn’t recommend this house enough for a group of people to share, or a large family to use as a vacation.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Decor was warm and welcoming and the home was perfect size for our family of three. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor amenities; however, the back yard looked amazing with pool and outdoor games. Always appreciate the extras such as coffee station and shampoo/body wash in bathrooms. I also want to add that for "check out" there was hardly anything to do, which was very nice too.

Beautiful property

There were eight of us, and the spaces available in and around this home were excellent. A living room and a family room. A dining space and a table in the kitchen. The outdoor space also had plenty of room for eight people. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to do some baking and cooking. In fact, we ate most of our meals at home. The bedrooms were all comfortable, too. We all agreed that if the home is still available when we come back to Arizona, we would like to rent the home again.

Great Great Place!

Our group consists of three couples. We loved all the space, the layout, the beds and the kitchen. Everything was so comfortable! In fact I’m ordering one of the mattress’s for us! The pool was awesome! We paid extra for heating during mid March which allowed us to use it everyday. All the seating areas were great. It’s hard to beat Gilbert for convenience. Most days we went no more than 10 minutes away to get to shopping, restaurants, breweries, etc. Communications with the host were exceptional, even helping me with a bag I forgot after we had left. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Best VRBO ever!

My family stayed in this VRBO for three days. It was an absolute delight! The neighborhood was nice and the accommodations were perfect. Everything inside felt clean and brand new. My niece and nephew especially loved the pool toys and we were happy that the pool was inside a fence for safety. The owners communicated quickly and even purchased a pack-n-play for our infant. It was delivered when we arrived. The kitchen had many great appliances and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The beds had foam toppers that were too soft for our liking, but we were able to remove them during our stay. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and we highly recommend this location.
