We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at the mansion in both the winter and summer seasons. It is truly a peaceful and luxurious retreat with ample space for our entire group. The environment provides so much inspiration for the children’s imaginations and keeps them well-entertained, which allows the adults to truly relax.

Can't wait to return
I stayed at this beautiful house April and it was an incredible experience. It is a comfortable and spacious place, which despite its size feels cozy. It has a spectacular view and is surrounded by nature. It also has many multifunctional spaces with beautiful designs, where you can create the home of your dreams.

Truly Magical
This exquisitely special place has been the perfect location for our family reunions. It is more than well appointed, it is MAGICAL. Every room is beautifully unique; from the bedrooms to the ballroom, and the library to the lanai. We love the stage in the ballroom for showing off our variety of talents. I would recommend this magical backdrop for any kind of gathering, reception or even a murder mystery party!

Truly Magnificent
I’ve stayed at this tranquil location twice and I found it outstanding in so many ways; not only is it warm and inviting, but it is visually stimulating and fosters creativity to all that enter. I love the spirit of calmness felt when entering the home. My wife and I stayed in the garden room. It was very romantic. I plan to go back soon. Truly, Magnificent!
