The Lazy Lavender Farmhouse in Wimberley, TX, is masterfully designed for form, nature, and function. It features a full kitchen, a large covered outdoor living and dining space, indoor tubs and showers, a fire pit, and a classic rope-napping hammock. The house sleeps six (6) guests in tranquil and luxurious comfort. We welcome one dog for an additional $95 flat fee. No other animals are allowed

-Three (3) private bedrooms
-Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, 680 thread count bed sheets, cozy lounge chair, desk/vanity, and large closet
-Two (2) additional private bedrooms, both with a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, 680 thread count bed sheets, and one with a desk
-The primary bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub; Bath towels and luxury shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel
-The second bathroom features a single vanity and large jetted tub/shower; Bath towels and luxury shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lavender bath salt

The Lazy Lavender Farmhouse is located just a 4-minute drive from the center of Wimberley, where guests can enjoy a variety of leisure activities unique to the area, including swimming holes, wineries & distilleries, restaurants, shopping, and a vibrant local arts scene.

With a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a napping hammock, and the opportunity to spot majestic Texas white-tailed deer, guests find everything they need or want on the property. We can also assist you in crafting the perfect getaway with a private chef, charcuterie delivery, decorating services, in-house massage therapists, and wine tour services. Check-In/Check-Out and Guest Access:
Guests staying at The Lazy Lavender Farmhouse will gain access to it via a smart lock. All access details will be provided after a booking is confirmed, and smart lock codes are changed after each stay to ensure guest safety.

We strive to give our guests privacy for the duration of their stay. We do not live on the property, but we remain available by text or phone in the event of an emergency or when you need us.

Any additional supplies or groceries are the responsibility of the guest(s).

At The Lazy Lavender, we respect our environment and strive to use only organic and sustainable products wherever possible. We clean and disinfect all houses upon each guest`s departure.

Admission is always FREE, and a good time is all but guaranteed. The Summer months can be hot, so plan accordingly.)

Welcome to The Farmhouse at The Lazy Lavender!

We`ve put a lot of love into this space, and we want every guest to have a magical, relaxing stay. To make sure that happens for everyone, here`s what you need to know before you arrive.

The Basics
Guests must be 21+ to book. The Farmhouse accommodates up to 6 guests (yes, little ones over 12 months count too!). Only registered guests are permitted on the property; if you`d like to have a visitor pop by, just reach out and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Hosting more than 6 guests without prior approval carries a $100/night per extra guest penalty — so please don`t surprise us with a crowd!

Your Furry Plus-One 🐾
We`re dog people! One registered dog is welcome at The Farmhouse. Just be sure to add them during booking — a $95 pet fee applies. An unregistered dog will result in a $500 fine, so please don`t surprise us! We ask that pups stay off the furniture and beds — additional fees will be assessed if excessive cleaning is required. Please keep your dog on a leash on the property out of respect for other guests. Any accidents inside the house carry a $300 fee plus replacement costs for any damaged items. Please bring waste bags — our cleaning crew charges extra for outdoor pickup, and we`ll pass that cost along if needed. Dogs must be crated when left alone. No other animals, please!

If you`re traveling with a service dog, just register them with us before your stay. Service dogs must remain leashed at all times and cannot be left alone in the home.

Keep It Peaceful
This is a quiet retreat — no loud parties, events, fireworks, or shooting. We want you to unwind, not wake up the whole valley. 🤫

Smoke-Free Zone
The Farmhouse is 100% smoke-free indoors — a minimum $500 cleaning fee applies for any smoking inside. If you smoke outside, please take your butts with you; a $50 cleanup fee applies if our crew has to collect them.

We have space for up to 4 cars — please plan accordingly!
