The property was beautiful. A little further out of town than we expected (my own visual of map ) however, having access to the river and walking the grounds was absolutely magnificent. My kiddos and I had the best time and enjoyed the little paths. The house was super clean and well equipped.

Really cool house with great views and amazing river access. This property is great whether it’s morning noon or night there is something to do. Highly recommend for those that want to relax in nature.

Our family had an amazing time with all of the provided activities (volleyball, badminton, ping pong, and lots and lots of yard space). The breathtaking views are a little slice of heaven and a sanctuary space to escape the hustle and bustle of busy life. A true gem.

This is an amazing property that we were so lucky to be able to stay at! Built by my great Uncle Jim Wickham in the 1970's, this picture perfect getaway was just like we remembered. The grounds are well taken care of, there are plenty of places to sleep, and the beauty of the Rogue River is on display everywhere. Thank you to our excellent host!

The cabin felt cozy and comfortable from the moment we walked through the door. Each level had its own charming esthetic. The main floor had floor to ceiling windows that captured the beauty of the mountains and the Rouge River. Absolutely stunning! The top floor held the master with the second bedroom. Again beautiful floor to ceiling windows. We woke up each morning to the sunrise shining down on the mountain tops. Wow! Outside we took advantage of the acres of fun. I think we played ping pong everyday. Down by the river we waded out but be careful, it was slippery. We recommend this cabin to families that want to get away from tech and fully enjoy nature. Our mobile service was non existent so we spent time talking, a rare privilege with a preteen. Overall a perfect vacation.

Very relaxing perfect stay

Host was a great. We enjoyed the house and it has a great view. This house is perfect for a family and friends stay. Bedrooms were perfect and kitchen as well as the living room. There is a good amount of property to explore and you can walk down to the river. We will stay here again.

What a great place!

Such a peaceful, relaxing time and close to so many attractions along the river. House was great, and grounds were so nice! So relaxing to watch the river flow by from the living room. Host and caretaker were also fantastic.

Breathtaking private oasis

Our stay was perfect. It was just my fiance and I (now husband!) staying the night, but we definitely used it as a gathering spot for my bridal party throughout the weekend.

Great house on the Rogue River!

I stayed here with my wife and two kids. We loved the property. The big windows looking out into the trees and Rogue River were my favorite. The house itself has limited river access, but there is a park next door with boat ramp and additional access. There are also a few spots nearby along the river great for hanging out or fishing.

Wonderful house by the river

We really enjoyed our stay here, the grounds are spectacular with blooming flowers and a view of the river. The house easily accommodated a large group with three bathrooms plus multiple sleeping areas. So quiet and peaceful with the sound of the river and birds outside!

Fun property

My family had a great stay on the Rogue River. The house was great, visited during a heat wave and the air conditioning kept the house cool. This property it HUGE. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking again in the future.

Lovely getaway!

What a lovely getaway. Property was very clean and location was serene. Lots of bird watching through the picture windows in the morning. Teens had a great time-lots of yard to spread out in. Would highly recommend.

Stay on the river

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Being able to be right on the river was such a joy. The kids loved the ping pong table. If we come back we'll plan on doing some rafting - we saw several groups rafting or kayaking and it looked like a lot of fun. We also enjoyed the garden and the various birds in the area.

Amazing stay!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! More than enough space for 8 people and dogs (4 adults and 4 kids).Pristine home with everything that you will possibly need during your stay. Gorgeous outdoor space with peaceful river views. You can relax on the patio when kids playing volleyball. Next door campground (2 min walk) makes perfect spot for swimming and playing in the water or rafting. 10 min drive to the local resort with life music and food carts (seasonal).We had amazing stay and highly recommend to everyone who is looking for quiet place to spend time with family or friends!

Beautiful view, nice amenities and great for the whole family!

This house was great for our whole family! Beautiful views of the river from the master, living room and porch. Great outdoor activities on the property like ping pong, volleyball, ninja line and lots of seating to entertain and enjoy your time outside. We had a few things come up during our stay but the owner was very responsive and helpful. We will be coming back.
