The Côte Brune III residence is located in the heart of the resort at the foot of the slopes. Close to shops, cinema and ski school meeting. 200m from the Jandri-express, direct access to the glacier in winter and summer. an arrival on skis is possible.
Accommodation: 30m² studio for 4 people on the 3rd floor of a residence with lift. Balcony facing south, with view on the mountains. Location: at the foot of the slopes, downtown area Living room: living room with television, sofa and dining area. Parquet floor Kitchen: open to the living room. Equipment: 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine. Sleeps: - Living room: 1 sofa bed (double bed: 140x200) - Sleeping area: 2 single bunk beds (90x190) Superior bedding not recommended for children under 6 years old The sleeping area is located in the hallway separated from the living room by a door.
