We had an amazing time at the property. House was beautiful, super clean, and as pictured on site. Safe area for family. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of many restaurants. Will stay again in the future when in the area.
This was the second time that my husband and I have stayed here. The place is clean and very comfortable. The location is great- right in between St Charles Ave and Magazine St…very walkable! Bailey is VERY responsive and accommodating! Loved our second stay as much as our first!
The entire stay was great! The exterior has a great gated area, a safe area steps away from Magazine st. as well as St. Charles! The condo was clean, with the best natural lighting! Great kitchen, we needed for nothing!
Lovely, clean, and convenient to St. Charles Street Car. We had everything we needed for our stay. The water pressure is poor in both the kitchen and restroom, but the property is nice overall and in a quiet spot.
Great apartment, beautifully decorated and well stocked (tp coffee!! :)). The property is well representwd in the photos. Property is well lit at night, but we did not feel 100% comfortable walking in the surrounding neighborhood.
Lovely place, a good sized two bedroom, set up with a nice kitchen and living room, all quite thoughtfully done and neat and clean. Bit of a walk into the French Quarter but at edge of Garden District, and lovely to walk the streets of the area (and the Charles Str Streetcar just a block or two away). Would definitely stay again if coming with family/friends!
Marvelous vacation rental in the Garden District. Close to St. Charles Ave and the street car to the north and Magazine St. to the south with easy access to everything. The apartment was clean, well kept and very comfortable. We loved our stay there and would definitely rent it again.
Daughter Graduated from Tulane and needed space for me and my sons. Place was great as was location. Host was awesome answered any inquiry within seconds literally seconds! Will stay there again!
Perfect place to stay for long weekend! Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Nicely decorated with a soothing color scheme. Great location for walking. Quiet on the weekend. Easy spot for Ubering. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
We will definitely stay again. Well lit. Noticed the area was constantly patrolled. Very clean and comfortable and conveniently located. Our host was always quick to respond to our needs. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling to New Orleans.
Everything about this listing was a home run for me. From location, to a responsive host. The pictures are up to date and accurate of the property. Parking was easy, and check in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting.
Bailey’s apartment was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony both in the morning and in the evening and had a wonderful view of the Canopy of Peace all lit up in the evening. The location, a few minutes’ walk from the WW2 museum, was perfect for us. Bailey is an extremely responsive host. We will return to his place in the future. Thank you for a most pleasant stay.
Very nice property, host is wonderful and prompt in response no matter when you message him, beautiful space. Only one thing, we had to wash our beddings, there was hair, flakes and makeup on bed.

My cleaning people wash the bedding after every guest, and this has never happened before.
We had a great experience- the pictures show the place accurately. Great location and a beautiful vrbo! Access was a breeze with the door codes Bailey provided. Bed was very comfortable- we used the larger of the two bedrooms. Terrific kitchen with great appliances and lighting. The entire place had a wonderful ambience! Location is very walkable- loved strolling along the Coliseum Walk, plus lots of restaurants, etc in the area. One of the very best vrbos we’ve stayed in- will definitely be back!
This is a great apartment! Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and convenient to everything. We did the WWII Museum our first day and then hopped on the streetcar and spent the remainder of our time downtown. There are also great little restaurants and coffee shops nearby that you can walk to. Check out Rahm Haus ice cream just a few minutes away. Also recommend Joey K’s restaurant on Magazine St. It’s our favorite. Thanks again for a great stay!
