This unit was perfect for our family. We loved the layout, location, and the amazing rooftop patio. We also found the check-in process to be super easy and the host2coast team were a pleasure to do business with.

The team was excellent at communication and really responsive. We had a great stay appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. It was a really comfortable, convenient place for beach, pool, food, and everything else we were looking for in our trip to Hilton Head.

We had the best time at our stay! The condo was cozy and clean, and came stocked with some soap and other products that we needed around the place. We also very much appreciated having the extra beach towels to take out and use, since we stayed wet basically our whole time there. We had 9 of us there altogether, and there was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. We will definitely be back again!

We love how close this is to the beach. A heated pool in October and condo on the beach has my family repeatedly booking here! Clean, great stay! We’ll be back.

Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The management staff was incredibly responsive and helpful for all our needs. We had some trouble with the doors locking and they came right out and fixed our issue. The condo had everything we could need including towels and kitchen supplies. It was also very spacious. Our family had a great time between the beach and the pool. The proximity to Coligny plaza was also great! We would absolutely consider another stay here!

Awesome Stay!

We had a large family group traveling to the area and half in our VRBO. It was great for gathering, very clean and perfect location for walking around. Would stay here again!

Steps from the beach!

We had a great vacation! Just enough space for multiple families to rent. Pool was heated in October. We hope to be back next yr! We had to rent our own chairs and beach toys, really the only downfall renting here. Other than that, nice place.

Excellent Stay at 20 Ocean Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a lovely stay at 20 Ocean Club. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. We had 11 people and there was room for everyone. The large rooftop deck gave us additional room for meals and social time. The pool was steps away and the beach walk was simple and fast. Host 2 Coast gave us lovely gifts upon arrival which was a nice surprise. The beach towels in the unit are thick and plush. You won't need to bring your own. All interactions we had with management prior and during the stay were professional and prompt. Maintenance was quick to respond to a clogged drain and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this unit and will plan to come back ourselves.

Just shy of being perfect

We were so pleased with the location of the condo. It really is steps to the beach as so many listings say but you never know. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the Coligny shops. The landscaping was very nice as was the pool. I loved the calm beachy vibe of the condo decor and loved the lay out as everyone had their own space when needed. I would have rated this a 5 but there were some things that didn't work as well as we were expecting, the major one being able to connect to WIFI. Unfortunately we had some in our group that had to work while on vacation and since this is pointed out in the description we thought it would not be a problem. After 3-4 phone calls and trying different things-spending more time inside rather that out enjoying the beautiful view they gave up and it did not make working near as convenient. Another issue was both of the sliding doors (main level and to rooftop deck)were awful to open and close, the doors themselves appeared to be older and the tracks were a mess. When going in and out it got to be a pain that you could barely get them to shut. The other minor thing was that the rooftop deck was so nice but hard to enjoy in the evening as there weren't the string lights shown in the picture and the only light you could turn on was very bright. Overall it was nice and we would stay again but hope that these things would be addressed. Especially for someone who needs to work.

Great place to vacation, would do it again!

Large rental in a great location. Pool was warm and beach was walking distance. Lots of linens/bedding, cooking utensils/appliances and even some beach chairs/toys in the closet. Great place for our multi-family vacation. There was a welcome bag with free water, popcorn and cookies. Host2coast co. Provided a free beach tote bag to use and keep. Carpet did need cleaning in one bedroom and windows were not sound proof at all- road traffic and some loud neighbors kept us up a couple times.

The roof top was awesome! Host2Cost was great, we had internet issues (kids were complaining) and they got it fixed immediately. We had stayed at 31 Forest Drive last year so knew that it was in a very good location and offered the amenities that we wanted. Great place. Our only complaints: the dryer was leaving grease spots on some of our clothes on occasion, and the ladder to one of the bunk beds had a bent hook so we just didn't use it. I would HIGHLY recommend 20 Ocean Club to anyone with a large family or a group of friends they won't be disappointed. We will be going back!

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location - casual, fun Coligny beach area where we walked and biked and sometimes drove in minutes to great restaurants for breakfast and dinner, enjoyed a quaint coffee shop, picked up needed items at grocery stores, and even played some mini golf:) Our condo was most importantly on the beach. You walk out your door and there it was! I loved the security of gated entry. The whole area was family friendly and safe. The condo was super clean, spacious and filled with every amenity. Even chairs for the beach! The hosts were so helpful. We rented bikes from peddlingpelican and they were delivered and picked up. So worth it. Best restaurants were Holy Tequila and Nectar Farm and Kitchen. It was so relaxing and our favorite stay!!

Amazing location! Right on the beach! Great area for families. Safe and secure, gated building. Close to incredible restaurants, coffee places, liquor stores, grocery shopping. Host was so helpful. Very clean and spacious! Just awesome. Best place we’ve stayed.
