Lots of spaces for relaxing together or separately. Comfortable beds and couches. Great beach access and lovely pool. Nice that we didn't have to bring beach chairs or pool towels. Was perfect for our family of 6 adults (plus dogs) and could easily accommodate a bigger group.

Our group of young 30s had the best long weekend ever thanks to this awesome house and owner! There was a very minor hiccup during check in that Brian was quick to personally resolve and update us on. The house is absolutely stunning and we spent a ton of time outside at the pool/tiki bar. The location to the beach couldn't have been more perfect. I would 10/10 recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful house that you'll never want to leave. Thanks for working with us Brian!

Great house just steps from the beach. Masses of room to spread out. Rooms were a really good size. My only suggestion would be to add a few serving bowls and a bit more cutlery but that’s a small thing!

Hi Rosemary, thanks for the great review and happy to read that you had a great stay. Sorry to hear that we were short on cutlery and serving bowls. With our check-in information we do ask guests to let us know if we are short on kitchen items and we will deliver same day/next day. We will stock up on your two items for future guests.

My family of 10 (6 adults, a 21-year-old, and 3 teenagers) spend a great family vacation at this house the week before July 4th. The house met or exceeded all of our expectations. When I quizzed my grandchildren on what they liked best they said the EZPZ access to the beautiful beach, the great backyard pool, and being able to hang-out with their cousins in a very comfortable setting. I would add that the living area inside the house was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, and was a perfect fit for our family of 10. If there was any minor issue (such as the clothing dryer and TV 'sign-in' access to a TV), the owner immediately responded to my quick text and resolved the issue right away. Bottom line, and the best way to describe our vacation experience, is to ask the simple question.... would you return to spend another vacation in this house next year??? Absolutely!!! It was one of the best family vacations we ever had.Thank you Brian! Bill J

We appreciate Angela’s kind comments about our home, but we are disappointed with her four star review as we are always aiming for a five-star guest experience. Angela did experience electrical trouble with the hot tub during her stay that limited her enjoyment of this amenity, and this is likely what cost us the extra star. This issue has been fixed and the hot tub is back in business for future guests.

Overall was a great location, easy beach access, pool area was fantastic. Just about the only improvement we could we was the need for a new stovetop, one burner did not work and the others were spotty on the heat.

Thanks for the great review, Paul. Very glad that you loved the pool area of our home. It is a really great space for family fun and sun! I haven’t had any prior guests comment on the stove so I will have a look at it right away and see if it needs to be fixed or replaced. Hope to see you and your family again!

Pet friendly, would recommend if it’s an older dog that does well with voice commands vs leash. After oct 1 great for dogs! Host was great in communication when ac was not working and resolved in a day. Pool and separate hot tub was great and both heated nicely.

Thanks for the great review, Mehgan. So sorry about the AC malfunction. The fact that you still provided a five-star review is very much appreciated and says a lot about you as a good person. Future guests, this home has two brand new complete AC systems and one system needed a part replacement during Meghan’s stay to correct an electronic flaw. Both are working great now and no future guest will need to worry about AC performance issues.

Our family group of ten greatly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head at this rental! The house is spacious and comfortable, accommodating all of us and our two dogs with ease. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which gave everyone privacy. The pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. The kitchen was well supplied and the extra refrigerator in the tiki bar area was very useful. The provided beach towels were a huge convenience. The laundry machines are large and of high quality. Communication with the owner was seamless. Brian was very responsive when we needed anything or had a question. The Hilton Head beach is one of the best ever, so clean and wide and deep. The island’s beach crew comes through each night to spruce it up again for the next day. Taking walks and biking at low tide on the hard sand are a special memory. It was easy to access the beach area with the boardwalk. We were more than satisfied with this rental, the location on the island and the easy access to all that the Hilton Head area has to offer. We would love to return!

Great location/stay for group

I stayed here with a group of 11 friends, 2 dogs, and a 2 year old. There was more than enough room for everyone. Great location - 10 second walk to the beach, 2 minute drive to Coligny. There were minor issues with the house but every time we messaged/called the owner he was quick to respond and quick to fix everything. I would definitely recommend this house.

Four Family Generation Vacation

This is a beautiful second row beach home. Every room was extremely clean. Our family loved the private tiki bar (with full size refrigerator, tv, and sink) and pool. There was plenty of chairs around the pool area for everyone and plenty of beach chairs and towels. Brian was very responsive to helping us get outdoor tv setup so we didn’t miss our football games, and bringing us extra kitchen items that we requested.

Melissa and I are the proud owners of three oceanfront condos, one oceanfront home, and this beautiful home on Hilton Head Island.

We moved to nearby Bluffton in 2016 to escape the cold and dreary winters of Rochester Hills, Michigan. Brian is the former founder and CEO of a technology company and Melissa is a former Human Resources Director at a Fortune 50 company. We live in the Berkeley Hall golf community (which you will pass as you drive to the Island), where Brian enjoys golf, pickle ball, and physical fitness and Melissa enjoys driving our two twin 13-year-old girls to school on the Island, and driving them to dance and to swimming pretty much every day. Melissa really likes driving! Seriously though, we absolutely love it here and are very fortunate to be able to enjoy the great weather and many Island activities throughout the year.

Our full-time job is to manage our five properties and tend to the needs of our guests. Our goal is that you will rent from us every time that you visit Hilton Head so we work hard to ensure that you arrive to a home or condo in pristine condition with fresh linens and towels (our cleaning crew is the best on the Island). And we are always available by phone or text if something isn't quite right.

You are going to love our properties and our service. Please give us a try!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Wow, this home is gorgeous! It was built in 2002 and has a very open floor plan with lots of space for our guests. We love the dual king master suites that allow couples that are sharing the expense to have equal accommodations. We love the very private deck with tiki bar... no fishbowl here. And an often overlooked issue with oceanfront homes on Hilton Head is a lack of parking. That is no issue at all for this home since the dual garage doors open to a huge space that can hold six cars, plus the driveway will accommodate up to four more! Lastly, the exceedingly close proximity and private walkway to a private beach is the icing on the cake. This home has it all and our renters are going to LOVE it!

この宿泊施設の特徴

-Very close proximity to the beach
-Private boardwalk to the beach, no roads to cross
-Elevated deck for privacy
-Ocean view from deck and balconies
-Large pool and hot tub and second stand alone hot tub
-Tiki Bar on the deck... how cool!
-4700 sq ft with outstanding floor plan
-Dual master suites with large en-suite bathrooms
-Elevator in home for the mobility-challenged
-Six car garage
-So much more
