The location was ideal, and we were able to access several areas to snorkle and explore. The host communicated consistently with us before the trip, and then the night before check out. Highly recommend!

Everything was as advertised … 2-bedroom 2-bathroom ground floor condo with million dollar ocean views !! Location was excellent, centrally located for everything we wanted to do. We will certainly be back.

What a gem! This ground floor condo was just as described! The view from the lanai was stunning & you are just steps away from a beautiful beach. The condo was well stocked with all that we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the all the beach gear! There is even a rotating library up on the 3rd floor with quite a few books & puzzles. Thank you Sande & Bob for thinking of everything. We can't wait to return!! Mahalo!

Pictures match unit, location amazing. Unit needs many updates, new bedding, basic kitchen items a few and mismatched, like gotten from Goodwill. Bathroom need remodeling or deep cleaning.

The condo is well equipped and just steps from the beach. I was grateful to Sande for checking in on us during a tsunami warning and took her advice to evacuate to higher ground. We had an amazing week!

Great Condo and location

Description and reviews were spot on. Ground floor location and ease of access to the beach was fantastic. The surrounding breakwater provided shelter from the waves and was great for the kids to swim. We explored a lot of Maui and found this to be a great location to go wherever we wanted. Sande and Bob were very easy to communicate with and were great hosts.

Ocean Condo

We loved our condo! The location directly on the beach was superb for watching the sunset. Having the pool right outside our door was super convenient for the grandkids to go back and forth easily. The pool closed at 8:30, so it was quiet at night. The condo was very clean and well equipped, with enough beach chairs and towels for 6. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for everything!!

Local great until it storms which happens once a year. Lots of mud on road. Still can get around. Condo has queen and two twins. Well stocked condo Could use updating of beds and furniture. Had a great time exploring the island

Maui 2025 Trip

Our stay was great! The condo was perfect for our family. The location was beautiful and being on the first floor made it easy to come and go. The only downfall was that we lost one day due to a power outage on Friday, 1/10/25 from 5:00am to 8:30pm. There was a really bad storm that tore down one of the power lines right in front of the condo.

Perfect stay in Kiehei

Sande and Bob’s place was perfect for our family of four to spend the week before Christmas! The condo was exactly as expected from the listing. It was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals at the condo. We also had beach towels and chairs available which was very helpful! The pool was right outside the door, and the view from the lanai was beautiful! Everything was perfect!

The exquisite and peaceful ground floor oceanfront location, just steps from the beach as well as the perfect place to watch the spectacular Maui sunsets, and, additionally, the ancient Hawaiian fishpond, sold us on this condo's location. We began coming to Maui in the 70s, always staying in this same area, out of the bustle of Kihei, yet centrally located. We love this area so much that our Maui home for the past 25 years is 5 minutes from the condo. Unlike most condo owners who live on the mainland, we live full time on this beautiful island. We are nearby, available to answer your questions.

Beautiful oceanfront sunset view, our ground floor condo is just steps away to the beach, There are no roads or buildings, just the spectacular Pacific Ocean from our unit. Our condo's location is perfect for families, two couples, and is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms keep our guests comfortable. Twin beds in the second bedroom can be made into a king bed, and the living room couch into a queen bed. Wireless internet is fast and free. Enjoy watching turtles and rainbows from the lanai. Humpback whales can be seen from the condo December to April. As Hawaii residents for 32 years, we live nearby and are available and happy to answer your questions. Enjoy the heated oceanfront pool and oceanside gas barbecues, BBQ's on the rooftop garden with 360 degree view, located on an ancient Hawaiian fishpond; 2 shuffleboards, just a short walk to Maui's longest beach for an early morning or sunset walk, easy access to many beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shops. This is a non-smoking condo. Located 20 minutes from the airport, close to the Maui Ocean Center, Ma'alaea Harbor, Wailea and 'Iao Valley.
