We welcome you to our charming seafront apartment, "Le Bordmer", located in La Saline-les-Bains, 5 m from the Saline Beach. Designed for 4 people and situated between the famous beach restaurants Copacabana and Planch'Alizé, the accommodation is ideally located for a leisure and professional stay.

Très bon emplacement mais sans charme

Logement sans charme sans vue autre que des murs sauf quand vous êtes sous la douche et qu on vous voit du parking à la décoration sans goût. L’emplacement est très bien mais la location ne vaut pas son prix.

Excellent emplacement à 5 m de la plage

L'emplacement et le logement sont parfaits. A noter, une révision totale de l'appartement est nécessaire. Climatisation en panne, four HS, support de télécommande cassé dans une chambre. Mon dos s'en rappelle. Pommeau de douche cassé. Prise de courant HS dans une chambre. C'est un peu dommage. A noter , les difficultés 48h avant d'arriver pour le paiement et tout l'administratif à faire alors que nous étions déjà en voyage. C'est vraiment un point très important qui a gâché notre arrivée. Nous n'étions vraiment pas contents.

Location très pratique et très bien située, proche de tous commerces et à deux pas d'une très belle plage du lagon. Quelques manques et petits défauts : de petits travaux rendraient cette location exceptionnelle (donc 4 étoiles seulement ...)

Idéalement situé

Situation géographique, l environnement, résidence très calme, facilité pour se stationner. Appartement très agréable, très bien situé Rafraîchissement de la salle de bain, la porte de la douche qui ne fonctionne plus. Une propreté plus approfondie, exemple la table de la varangue, les rainures étaient remplies de poussières et de saletés. L appartement demanderait un peu de rafraissement au vu du prix de la location.

Excellent séjour à 2 pas de la plage

L’emplacement, la proximité avec la plage, le parking pour tout faire à pied, l’appartement tout équipé : lave linge, lave vaisselle, aspirateur…), il manquait juste une rallonge) au rez de jardin. Une prise multiple dans la chambre pour charger les téléphones, une rallonge pour la varangue pour l’appareil à raclette/plancha/grille pain.

Nous avons passé un bon moment en famille. Habitants sur l'île, nous avons apprécié le confort de l'appartement, et le luxe d'avoir les pieds dans l'eau !! Bon emplacement avec les petits commerces de proximité ce qui permet de poser la voiture et de tout faire à pied. Petit break à renouveler !!

Logement de grande qualité

Emplacement exceptionnel avec la plage direct au bout du jardin (et quelle plage !). Parking bien pratique. Proche commerces. Petite Résidence calme et très bien entretenue. Logement grand, fonctionnel bien équipé. 2 Lits de qualité, grande varengue confortable : un bonheur de calme et de zen. Nous avons passe un excellent séjour et franchement si on revient, ce sera là.

Emplacement idéal

L’appartement est bien agencé et idéalement placé en bord de mer et à proximité de restaurants, petits commerces, boulangerie, pharmacie… accessibles à pied. En revanche la propreté est discutable… Le ménage m’a paru superficiel et mériterait d’être fait plus en profondeur. Les tâches du passage de lézards aux murs et même au sol à certains endroits. Lorsque les lits sont ( même légèrement) déplacés on y retrouve de la poussière par exemple. Mais il faut reconnaître qu’au delà de ça, l’appartement est très sympathique.
