Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft House, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The suite downtown was wonderful! So spacious and had everything we needed. I loved the balcony. It was perfect for morning coffee and evening wind downs before bed. Genesis was a wonderful host. This property is in a great location. French Quarter, Caesars Superdome, and excellent shopping all within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the French Quarter without the noise. The host was very helpful and the property was clean. Having a balcony is an added bonus.

We had an issue with the code on the door, but a quick call to the property manager and it was resolved in minutes. The space is exactly as pictured and we will definitely look to stay here again.
