Prime location! Dog Friendly Spinnaker Beach House just across from Pelican Beach! A short walk will have you at the beach club in not time or to the golf course for tee time! Come enjoy the best of Seabrook Island from this fantastic elevated town home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths-Sleeps 6.

The interior features a bright, open floor plan with soaring ceilings, wood floors and a wall of windows that highlight the spectacular scenery. The living/family room has plenty of comfortable seating with a 55" HDTV. Adjacent to the family room is the dining area with seating for 6 and is open to the kitchen. There are 2 counter height chairs for additional seating at the breakfast bar. You'll appreciate the well appointed, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless appliances

There is a guest room on the first floor 2 Queen beds. Other highlights include Netflix and deck access. There is a hall access full bath with tub/shower combo and hair dryer. The primary bedroom with a new king bed is on the second level plus access to a private deck with golf course views and HDTV w/Netflix. The primary bath is en suite with single vanity, walk-in shower and hair dryer.

A stacked washer/dryer is available for your convenience. Out on the main deck there is a dining table with umbrella and a gas grill below for bbqing. This home is also welcomes up to (1) dog with required additional fees of $35/nt to apply.

Relax on the decks with gorgeous golf course and lagoon views. Walk the 3.5 miles of beach or bike to the Racquet Club for a game of pickleball or tennis. Play a round of golf or just take relax and let the gentle ocean breeze help you unwind. Whatever favorite beach activities you choose, you are off to a great start at 741 Spinnaker Beach House!

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

We had a great week! Weather was great and we love the location being so close to the beach, pools and golf. Only reason it was not 5 stars is the floors could have been cleaner and we were given the wrong keypad code to enter the beach house. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect for a Family Vacation

The cottage was perfect for our family vacation. The location to the beach and pool was very convenient. The unit was clean and well stocked. The view of the lagoon was great! We saw alligators, birds, and turtles which were fun to watch from the dinning room. The amenities in the resort were perfect for a relaxing vacation. We didn’t want to leave.

Lovely property, short walk to the beach!

We had a lovely time on Seabrook Island, even extending our stay an extra day. The home is bright, clean, had all the necessary comforts of home with a pretty view of the golf course and an easy walk to the beach and pool house. The internet quit working during our stay and the management had someone out quickly to get it up and running again. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Property

We loved this house. The windows overlooking the lagoon and golf course made it so bright and beautiful. It was so fun to watch the turtles, birds and alligators around the lagoon (from the safety of indoors!) and we even saw bald eagles. The short walk to the beach was perfect and it was also close to the pool and golf course. The furniture was comfortable, and the size was just right. We were happy to be able to bring our dog too. We would stay here again.

Good location

This was a cozy apartment, close to beach access and the pool. The view outside the home was great with turtles, fish and gators swimming by. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The only con and the reason for the 3 stars was the bedrooms were stifling hot even with the fans provided. The AC did not keep up at all.

What a great stay on Seabrook Island

We loved the location! We were right across the street from the beach where you can see amazing sunsets! The villa was great inside too! Wonderful bedrooms and living space! We watched as an alligator swam by as we drank out morning coffee. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers on the 18th hole of Crooked Oaks. I rode horses on the beach with the Seabrook Equestrian Center, which I highly recommend! I also walked down to Captain Sam’s Inlet 1 and 1/2 before low tide and got to see the dolphins strand feeding! Park at Boardwalk 1 and walk. Or ride bikes!

Relaxing, Great walking Beaches, and Fresh Crab!

The location of the property is very good to access the beach, the beach club, restaurants, and Golfing. Seabrook is very easy to navigate and has everything you need to spend quality time with your family and friends. This property has plenty of room and has a comfortable layout. There are plenty of Kitchen utensils and bathroom towels. Washer/Dryer works well. Caution, The property does allows dogs and we experienced fleas which will leave bites on you. I called the cleaning group and they told me that they do not frequently clean the furniture. They did cover the couches with sheets. This helped with the odor but not the fleas. I recommend to request the property be cleaned prior to your stay. The property did have work performed on it prior to our visit and the workers did not clean up the floors properly. The cleaning company did respond quickly to clean after I called them.

Home away from home

We love Seabrook Island and the location of the villa is wonderful. Looking out on the lagoon we saw birds and turtles everyday. It’s a very short walk across the street to the beach. The villa is very comfortable and well stocked. You can tell the owners take pride in this being a home away from home. We won’t hesitate to stay again. The rental agency was so friendly and helpful as well.

Great place to stay!

This place was very nice and accommodating. Other family members were staying at other Spinnakers. Our place was great for large gathering of family for dinners. Also the unit had items that help entertain the youngest of children. The view of the golf course and the stream with turtles, fishes along with all the dragonflies is smoothing to watch. Owners have thought of everything.

Wonderful Condo

Nancy was so helpful and professional in booking our reservations. She was also very accommodating with an early check in. The condo was recently redecorated and had all the comforts of home. It was also immaculately clean. We enjoyed our stay here and will return again.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. What makes this property unique

These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
