A second Master King Suite with private bath (and walk-in shower) is located upstairs. The second floor also holds an additional King Suite and 2 separate Kid's Rooms, one with a built-in Twin-over-Twin Bunk-bed and the other with two Twin Beds. Second Floor Den with a loveseat, complete with a 65-inch flat-screen TV!

Access to WaterColor’s amenities will only be issued to registered guests that are staying at the home, and strictly limited by the home’s maximum number of guests.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Dew Drop Inn' at WaterColor Crossings on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Dew Drop Inn.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
