Inside the house is freshly painted making it light and bright, and the original wood floors are refinished throughout. Outside, features a giant front porch and porch swing to sit and watch the festive, fun neighborhood. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, New Seasons, The Kennedy School and the Last Thursday art walk.
The two separate bedrooms each have queen beds, and can work well for up to four guests. The bedrooms are comfortable and private and allow for individual space. The bathroom has a tiled tub with a shower and tile floor. The common space is enormous, open and bright, perfect for relaxing, socializing, or watching a movie on the flat screen TV. The full size dining room table seats 6 and can double as ample work space. The kitchen has a gas stove, quartz counter tops and a dishwasher. It is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook at home for your entire stay...should you decide to dine out, less than 1/2 a block away are: Expatriate, Wilder, Beast, DOC, Jinx, Yakuza and Extracto Coffee.
The bus line is just two blocks away, and can transport you to Downtown Portland in about 20 minutes. All utilities, high speed internet, gardener included in rental. 30 day minimum stay
