3 bedroom + 3 full bathrooms. Cozy backyard w/ fire pit and foliage. Includes a separate office space on the main level. Separate heated detached yoga/ workout room. Central to many things in NE Portland- a few minute walk to great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and 4 dog-friendly parks.


The home has a spacious 2300 sq ft and three levels (each level has a bedroom + full bathroom) that you can relax and unwind.

Parking: long private driveway can hold up to 4 cars.

A few blocks away from Woodlawn/ Dekum cafes & breweries and a 10 minute walk to Alberta St with many eateries and Portlandia shops. There are 4 great parks walking distance. Alberta Park, Fernhill Park, Woodlawn & Peninsula Rose Garden.

This is a beautiful and well-kept home. Kyla is very responsive. We lived there for four months while having some work done on our home. We feel very grateful for the chance to live in Kyla’s home as everything went really well. Plus the neighborhood is very walkable and you are surrounded by good restaurants, coffee shops, food carts, and parks. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

I love this part of Portland - close to Alberta and Dekum area. Lots of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops to explore. I lived in this house for 6 years and felt like I didn't see all there was to offer. There are 4 dog-friendly parks all within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This is a spacious house with lots of character. An old gem of a house but updated with all the amenities you could ask for. The backyard is a nice little outdoor oasis with lots of foliage. The converted garage into a workout room with full length mirrors is a huge bonus.
