Includes shared laundry room (there are no shared walls), private and fenced backyard, fully stocked kitchen with full set of pots and pans, new dish set, spices in cupboard, new coffee maker. In Woodlawn neighborhood. Great walking neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, and parks in walking distance. Grocery stores 5 minute drive. You will enjoy living in this home in a quiet and safe neighborhood with on site parking in driveway in front of house.
