It was breath taking, better than the picture look.

This was the most amazing place we have ever stayed at with VRBO. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The only question each day was which terrace should we hang out on next. Our contact Hector was very helpful and responsive to all questions and Myra who did daily cleaning was wonderful.

I just returned from a week stay at this unbelievable home. Everything was perfect. The home, the view, the location in PV as well as in the complex couldn't be better. The furnishings are beautiful but comfortable and inviting. So many hours on the decks simply enjoying the sound of the ocean and the view. The nighttime city light view is amazing. We enjoyed our own private pool as well as the amazing pool for the complex which is perfect for easy access if you have any mobility issues. There is nothing I can suggest for improvement to penthouse 9 nor the exemplary service we received from Hector the property manager and Maya the amazing housekeeper. My only regret was I hadn't been able to book a longer stay.

Well worth it - you will be very happy here!

Our stay in this condo was nothing short of amazing. The location of Molino De Agua in a gated setting on the beach in Old Town / Romantic Zone couldn’t be better: Night clubs and shopping a few blocks to the north; the French Patisserie and great restaurants a few blocks to the south, cobble stone streets, a grocery store, and numerous shops and boutiques a few blocks to the east. Mexico’s highest and longest zip lines are only 3 miles into the mountains to the east as well. The condo itself is professionally and tastefully decorated and is very spacious. The sunset views from the terrace were spectacular. One thing to consider before renting any property is to find out how you will be treated by the owner, and Carl’s attention to the comfort of his clients is his top priority. We have recommended this property to all our friends, relatives, and coworkers. We look forward to many returns!
