Beach House 101 | Oceanfront Beach House W/ Spa and Arcade

Bring the family to our oceanfront beach house for the fun, rest, and the relaxation you deserve. Our home is located in the fishing town of Gold Beach, Oregon just 33 miles north of the California and Oregon border. All rooms in the home have beautiful views of the ocean, surrounding mountain scenery, and the ocean rock features that the Northern Coast is famous for. Close to town, Rogue River, shopping, tourist attractions, hiking, and restaurants.

Our home is 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms with 1952 sqft of living space. Our home has waterproof laminate floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, large deck, covered patio, spa, fire pits, and arcade games in the garage for an extra good time. Enjoy the spa any time of year!
The main living areas, master bedroom, and patio are downstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, high ceilings and outside access to the patio. The master bathroom has double sinks, large shower, and soaking tub.
Upstairs features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the rooms has a king bed and the other has a triple bunk for the kids. Both bedrooms have access to a large deck with sweeping majestic views of the ocean and beyond.
In 2020/21 the home got a full upgrade. All of the following are new - roof, all stainless steel kitchen appliances, kitchen sink faucet, couch, washer and dryer, spa, downstairs lighting, paint, garage epoxy flooring, all TVs, beds/mattresses, most furniture, and dining room table.
There is a bbq outside for grilling and a fire table for added heat when needed. We have kids beach toys, a beach chair, play yard, high chair, and a baby gate for the kids. We also offer a spin bike and some other gym equipment for your use. Additionally, we have plenty of beach towels for your outside time between the beach and spa.
Driving an electric car? There is a 220v/50amp plug in for your convenience.

All of our TVs are Smart TVs that feature Netflix and FUBO - or feel free to log into your own streaming apps. The house features Alexa devices for easy communication, questions, and music - don't want to use them? Simply, unplug.

We are located close to town, hiking, Rogue river, restaurants, and other local attractions.
Please Note - We are located in a homeowners association. You cannot park a RV, trailer, or boat in our driveway or in the neighborhood. Parties, weddings, wedding parties, or events of ANY kind are not permitted. Additionally, we have security cameras on the exterior of the home which are hooked up to our alarm system. The cameras are at the entry points to the home (front door, back door, and garage). Tampering with or disabling the cameras for any reason is against our house rules.
