Ocean View House, Walking distance to Beach, with Outside Hot Tub and Back Yard.

I do state in the listing that the back yard is not fenced. The part of the house that is available to guest is the second and third stories of the house. So yes, there is a flight of stairs on the driveway side up to the main front entrance and a back stairway from the spacious deck to the back yard. Also, an interior set of steps from the second floor to the third-floor bedrooms and loft area. By saying the stairs were a bit much, I take that to mean some in your group had a bit of difficulty going up and down stairs. Per VRBO I am not required to say if I am on site or not. I don't know when I might be there or away traveling. I am glad you enjoyed your stay!

My listing does not state that you "have the entire house". I have no record in VRBO or on my cellphone from you saying you would be arriving right at 5pm. I did let you know that I needed just a few minutes to finish a few details. Pet Friendly- I am friendly enough to allow dogs at all. My listing does state that the back yard is not completely fenced. I do not feel that it is unreasonable to ask to keep pets off of the furniture and out of the bedrooms after all I can set the "House Rules". This is in consideration to cleanliness and sanitation and to other bookings who may or may not have a pet with them. There is a curtain across the doorway between the Master Bedroom and the walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The refrigerator handle was broken off by a previous guest. It is still very easy to open and close the door on the frig without the handle. I am not going to replace the refrigerator since it is still in fine working order and has a very nice operating ice maker in it. I did let you know beforehand that the tree trimmer was coming. I had no control over when my new owner/neighbor booked him. The neighbor has a "view easement" across a corner of my property and had hired the tree trimmer to top the trees to increase her view. Now that it has been done, it will not need to be done for years to come. I had not been in touch with the person who knock on the front door in several years. I was not expecting her at all. I have no control over her parking outside the driveway on a public road. The hot was clean before your arrival. You were there for 6 days and knew I was on site and available. You did not contact me about any issues with the hot tub. If you had, I could have addressed the issue if there was one.

There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and an exhaust fan in the master bathroom for plenty of ventilation.
