We bought this home because of its beauty and open, spacious style. The rooms are good size and the master bedroom is a small oasis complete with a jet-bath to ease the tension away after those hard, stressful days. We love being located on the fairway. It's quiet, peaceful, and thanks to added trees in our landscaping, it's safe from errant tee-shots. :)
We love grilling on the back porch or taking a dip in the community pool or working out in the health club facility. It's a great place to be and we would be honored to share it with you.

Another wonderful stay at this very charming property.
This is my second time staying at this home and I highly recommend it. It's super comfortable with great neighborhood amenities and even better hosts!
Well equipped home
A great place to stay especially if you golf or like to watch polo. Home was well equipped and home owner was very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed exploring the Coachella valley. We felt very safe and comfortable.
Spacious and well-kept!
The photos don't show how beautiful this house truly is! There is so much space and a gorgeous backyard that leads right onto the gold course. My friends and I stayed here for Stagecoach and had so much fun hanging around the house, we wouldn't leave for the festival until the late afternoon. The owner was also easy to work with and was just a text away for any questions I had!
Very neat, clean and well supplied
We spent 2 1/2 weeks at this property in March, 2016, and it was wonderful. We communicated with the owner's son and he always got back to us within a few hours - very much appreciated. Very friendly neighborhood. Cupboards were well stocked as well as linen cupboards. There were even toys for children. Enjoyed the golf course view. Honestly, can't think of any negatives.

Great for Coachella
A group of 7 of us stayed at this property over Coachella Wknd 2, 2012. The house is conveniently located near the Polo Grounds, but depending on how Coachella sets up pedestrian access to the site, you may prefer to take a 20-30$ cab as the walk can be about 1 hour in BLAZING heat. It was, however, great to stay here versus camping as we came home to a perfectly chilled place every night and were able to stay out of the afternoon heat in air conditioned comfort. Bonus - there is a communal pool that is great for Coachella pool parties!
The pictures presented here are very accurate, though the size of the place does not come across! The 3 beds are very comfortable, and there is ample couch space for others to sleep on.
In the living room there is a Bose stereo system which was great for playing music.
When we arrived the cupboards were already filled with left over spices and condiments, so you will want to check what's currently in the kitchen before heading out for groceries!
If visiting Indio, you will DEFINITELY need a car. This is a sprawling suburb and not very easy to get around on foot.

Excellent Home and Renters
We had a great time we rented for Jan till April 1 2011. We felt right at home. The home had everything you could ask for and more. The owners were SUPER nice people. We would strongly recommend this home and the owners, you will not be disappointed.
