The spacious living room in this villa provides large comfortable sofas, a 55' TV with DVD and Blu-ray player, and a foosball table for entertaining your friends and family. Plus, the kitchen opens to the dining area and family room and comes fully equipped with black stainless steel appliances, a large island with a gas range, and abundant counter prep space for cooking and conversation. This home enjoys two main bedrooms, each with king-size beds, and three more bedrooms with queen beds. For even better views, make your way to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway located six miles from your front door. THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
