The unit was acceptable. Carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned. However, the staff was very responsive and always were prompt in responding to our questions and requests.

Great location!
We loved the location of Greyhawk 6!
About two bus stops from Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and an easy walk (or bus) to Main St. in the evening!
The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. Nice to have a garage for the car also.
Kitchen had the basics to make a meal but not a whole lot extra.
Would stay here again on our next trip to Park City!
Great condo in a great location. Short walk to downtown park city and a bus stop nearby to get you elsewhere. Would stay again.

Great Deer Valley condo
Very nice condo just down from Deer Valley. Location is great, parking convenient, and the split level layout great for family. Hot tub is very nice and kitchen was well stocked.
Positives:Convenient location to both Deer Valley resort and main street; bus stop is right in front of the condo complex. The unit has a good amount of space for a family of four. It was clean and had an adequate stock of essentials such as paper goods, soap, and trash bags. The hot tub was nice. The property manager was easy to contact and responsive. Some things to be aware of:The quality of furnishings and appliances is less than you would find in your own home, and things are a bit worn, all of which is likely typical of a heavily used vacation rental. The water heater is weak and it was not possible to operate two showers simultaneously. The downstairs shower works best. Fire alarms occasionally went off at different times during our stay. They were a couple of annoying blasts but never sustained. We suspect a neighboring unit has problems with smoke during cooking, and the fire alarms of units in the same building are connected. While the hot tub is private in the sense that is just for your use, it is immediately adjacent to your neighbors' patios and open to the street below, so you feel more in a public space. The door keypad is different from other rentals that I have used and does not automatically lock upon exit. Always make sure it is locked before leaving. While it is not perfect, all in all I found this place to be a good choice for a family ski vacation in an expensive area.
If they would replace the entire downstairs bath and rusted shower, the condo would be get an A rating. Great fireplace, leather sofas, hot tub, nice kitchen and bedrooms. You can see the aspen trees and evergreens from the living room window. Location is right at the bus stop to go to eithef Deer Valley or Park City. Comfortable western decor.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the fireplace, leather sofas, hot tub, and the overall comfortable western decor of the condo. It sounds like the location is quite convenient too, being right at the bus stop for Deer Valley and Park City.
We appreciate your suggestion about the downstairs bath and rusted shower. Your input is invaluable, and I'll make sure to pass it along to the relevant parties. We're always looking for ways to improve, and your insights help us provide an even better experience for our guests.
Great location close to snow park and silver lake lodges in deer valley and close to old town
Was glad we brought beach towels as recommended in another review for the hot tub.
You can ’t drive to condo front door, it’s easy to get up elevator in garage with luggage and skis, just get garage code before arrival! We also Instacarted basic groceries for breakfast and paper towels, tissues, etc which was very efficient.
Fireplace and hot tub were nice adds, place was clean and perfect for our ski vacation full of fresh powder!

Grey hawk 6
The unit was nice but we were frustrated with several things: no hand towels in the half bath or kitchen, and no towels for the hot tub. Additionally both shower heads were terrible - easy fixes to update an aging unit. That being said we loved it time in park city and location was good.
The property is largely as depicted. The main floor has a well appointed kitchen area and living space. The furniture is comfortable as are the beds with plenty of linens. The location is great between Park City and Deer Valley. The garage has plenty of underground parking and the bus stop is steps from the buildings location. The hot tub was very nice and well maintained, although the lid covering the hot tub is heavy and the patio area to store it during use is tight. The water pressure in the showers is fine, but learning how to control the temperature is a bit tricky. The pillows in the living area are a bit worn and the carpet has a few spots that have light staining. The fireplace added a comfort and warmth to the living area. On a whole, I would recommend this townhome to people and I would consider staying again. A little TLC on those minor issues would make this a 5-star property. As is I would give it 4.2 out of 5.

Nice looking apartment
The apartment is very cute, full kitchen equipped of basic cooking tools. Comfortable bedding. I liked the three levels lay out, top floor is the two single bedroom with bathroom, mid floor is kitchen/dining room with couch tv and gas chimney, and bottom floor is the master.
The apartment also has a really cool jacuzzi tub outside the master bedroom balcony, that face the view of the mountains, nice threat for us every day after all day skiing.
The complex is located just about a mile south of the deer valley resort area and the bus stop right across the street makes it very easy to reach the slopes every morning.
The management is very responsive to arising problems, they indeed solved an issues for us quickly the first day of our stay. You can comunicate with them via text and they will promptly respond to any questions you may have about your stay.
An overall good experience.
