Welcome to our one bedroom, 2 bath condo at Kuilima Estates East. We are an easy 5 minute walk to the beaches by the Turtle Bay Resort. This clean and comfortable condo has a king bed in the master, pull out couch in the living room, and 2 full baths. AC in master bedroom and living room, full kitchen, and 2 pools and tennis courts for your use.
A 10 minute drive to the east will get you to the Polynesian Cultural Center and BYUH.
A 10 minute drive to the west gets you to the "7 Mile Miracle Strip" of the best surfing beaches in the US-- including Sunset Beach, Rocky Point, Pipeline, and Waimea Bay.
The Turtle Bay Resort area has miles of walking trails and access to sandy beaches.
We are close to Historic Haleiwa Town with it's boutiques, shops, and restaurants.

The location was perfect. I enjoyed staying on the North Shore and being away from the hustle and bustle of the South Shore. Our son moved to Haleiwa, this property was a perfect location to visit him and explore the North Shore.

Great location. Simple, clean condo with plenty of space for cooking. Kitchen had everything we needed. Convenient access to Kuilima Cove and Kawela Bay.

We walked and drove to Turtle Bay resort and enjoyed sunset and visited the bar restaurant, very good. Loved the beach chairs and used them and umbrella on the beach on Turtle Bay. Bed was super comfy! Wish we could of stayed longer!

This was a great stay. There was construction going on out the back door walking to the ocean by the golf course. When that’s done, it’ll be really beautiful.Excellent host

Amazing stay here! Host was great and very responsive. Condo was clean and just what we needed. Great cookware and kitchen situation. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had on vacay, I even considered looking at the brand of mattress! Very close walk to the resort and beach but also a short drive to all the famous beaches and surf spots. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Turtle Bay! The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Our kids especially loved the pull-out couch! Would definitely stay here again.

Host had great communication. Ideal location within walking distance to the Ritz at Turtle Bay, golf, tennis, and restaurants. Just a heads up, there is no shampoo or conditioner provided (we didn't know that so we had to buy some when we arrived).

The property was unfortunately very dirty upon check in , the floors were filthy and there was dust/ grime / small pieces of trash like a sunscreen bottle cap throughout the condo. the hand soap was so watered down in the bathrooms that it wouldn’t lather. the worst was the bed sheets were stained , as were the spare pair in the closet. it turns out this was due to the washing machine which is completely rusted on the inside edge, still gross. 75% of the beach supplies in the lanai storage shed were rusted and/or moldy and unusable. i made the property manager aware of all of the above and she offered to have the cleaning lady come back but i’d already unpacked all of our things and cleaned the condo as best as i could with clorox wipes i brought so i asked her to please just bring me a mop to clean the floors myself. the next day she brought me clean sheets , some large beach towels , a brand new beach umbrella , brand new hand soaps and a mop as well as chocolates and a bottle of wine which was very kind. she also refunded the cleaning fee which i really appreciated. after that we had a nice stay, it’s a great location but it’s definitely an older unit that needs to be deep cleaned. the property manager assured us she would inspect it herself after i gave my feedback. although the property manager was very attentive and amended the issues we had promptly , i would have preferred to just arrive to a clean condo in the first place.

The place looked exactly as it was pictured and my family and I really enjoyed our stay. There were two twin air mattresses, which was perfect as there were four of us staying there. The host was always quick to respond when I had a question. Overall, the place was very clean but I give it 4 out of 5 stars because the pullout sofa mattress could use a deep clean as it was a little musty. Other than that, I have no complaints and would consider staying here again.
