A single-level condo at the beach, this resort getaway features a living room, dining area, den, full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the primary suite—all with brand-new carpeting. Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat also offers a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs, DVD, Wifi.

The owner needs to do some repairs and updating.

The view was the absolute highlight!!! Sitting on the balcony, watching and listening to the waves break, the people pn the beach made our trip worth it for us.

Needs Serious Update

The location and views are great. However, the owner has not invested in this property for years. The beds are flat and hard. Most lighting is by turning on lamps and is inadequate. Pots and pans are old and dirty. Kitchen cabinets look like they are about to fall down. Even the TVs are dated and small. Sea Colony is great but there are better options if you give yourself some time. Only take this one if it is the only one available which is why we got it. Gave 2 stars instead of zero based on Sea Colony in general and the location/views.

Great view

Million dollar view, great location, and nice family location. This condo was not up to VRBO standards. The bed sheet had a nasty stain, the dining chairs were ready to break, the shower had mold growing, the seagull hanging ornament was never dusted, and the balcony had dried up spaghetti Os on it.

The location was great, but the condition was subpar. Although essentially clean, the carpet is badly stained, the kitchen cabinets are crooked, and some of the furniture is broken. It is also greatly in need of updating.

They own cats.

They did not disclose the unit was cat friendly and we had allergic reactions throughout our stay and had to fill rx. Vacasa was not forthcoming and the bathrooms were covered in hair all over the walls. It was disgusting
