Cozy, fun, and convenient stay

Booked this house for a ski trip with friends, as it was close enough to the resorts at a great cost! House has lots of amenities. We played basketball the first night and the hot tub came in great use after long ski days!Sheri was an excellent host, very communicative and available when needed. Overall very happy with our stay here!

Awesome property!

5.0 rating is definitely deserved! Family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and could not have been more satisfied. Will definitely look to stay here again when we visit our son ( Go Utes!)

Relaxing and fun!

In town for the rock climbing in the area, loved having the hot tub grill and fire place to relax and enjoy at the end of the days.

The property owner went out if her way to help us change our dates due to uncontrollable circumstances with our trip. She was kind and compassionate toward our situation. The property was very well kept, clean, and stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The property owners have put a lot of thought into updating an older property. The only thing I would add would be a pizza pan to cook pizza in the oven but we made it work without that.

Salt Lake City Gem

The owners have done a fantastic job renovating an older home. The yard—front and back—is immaculate. The backyard is the real draw for this property—grill, hot tub, seating, combo basketball/pickle ball court, lawn, and garden. I would highly recommend it to families with children. Great place to relax outdoors while the kids play.

Great accommodations in SLC

Group of 7 friends meeting up for a 4 day ski trip. Well stocked house, comfortable sleeping arrangements, convenient location. Do recommend!

Graduation

Myself and my 3 brothers were here for a niece and a nephew graduation. The property is amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the backyard. We hung out back there two days in a roll, played some beanbag toss. We didn’t get to use the hot tub. The house is very cleaned and accommodating to the 4 of us. Appreciate Sheri for checking in on us. Really recommend this property for your next visit to SLC. Thank you.

Nice house, great backyard!

Nice house conveniently located to all things SLC. The house was well stocked and prepped for us. While at the house we spent much of our time on the pickleball court. A great and unique amenity to have. The backyard was great, if it had a plunge pool it might be the perfect backyard. View of the mountains is awesome to have. Thank you for the great stay!

It was PERFECT!!

6 adults stayed here and went skiing each day! It was wonderful to come home to a fabulous hot tub and great beds! We were thrilled that there was plenty of everything: towels, blankets, shampoo and conditioner, and even snacks and coffee! Thank You for thinking of the details to make it comfortable and for accommodating our special request!! Hope we get to come again!

Loved our stay

Highly recommend this listing. Very clean, great location. Easy access to freeway. The house has TONS of little extras--- every kitchen gadget and appliance you might need. Spices, popcorn, basket of snacks! Outdoor kitchen, fireplace, yard games, and basketball court were so much fun! Lots of family fun out there. Beds and linens very cozy. Great communication with owner. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Great Stay!!

What a great time had during our visit to SLC! We searched for a home with a close proximity to Big and litlle Cottonwood canyons and came across this home. I was very impressed reading the reviews but was sold after my first discussion with Sheri! She was so quick to respond and she was genuinely invested in making sure we were comfortable in every way before and during our stay. The House is stocked with so much items from kitchenware to spices. A thoughtful welcome basket with water and snacks that lasted our whole stay awaited us upon checkin! The Jacuzzi was perfect for after a day on the slopes! Can't wait to come back and stay again in the future! Thank you Sheri!!

An amazing place to stay in Salt Lake City

As soon as my group and I walked in we were greeted with a basket full of refreshments and a clean house. The property was fully stocked with kitchen tools, games, linens, towels, and everything else you would need to enjoy your stay at the property and Salt Lake at large. The backyard offered a range of amenities including a hot tub, grill, pickle-ball/ basketball court, and a mini-fridge. Spending time in the backyard was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Finally, the rental property was located about 10 minutes away from all the restaurants we wanted to visit and the activities we wanted to do in SLC. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

We had a great time. The hot tub was awesome for relaxing after hiking. The house had everything we needed, plus the host left a basket full of snacks and water. Would definitely recommend!

We didn’t realize that the property backs up to the freeway, which made the backyard extremely noisy. We also had hoped to play pickle ball, but there was no ball or rackets on the other hand of the house was very comfortable and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was lacking a few things, but there were a lot of nice touches like popcorn and snacks along with bottles of water.

This house was fantastic. Son was doing a motocross camp at Jordan River and had my younger son and wife with me. Easy to Jordan River and easy to downtown to balance everything. The house was super comfortable and the backyard was amazing. Loved the house. My son wants to do the camp next year, so will definitely look to use the property again.

Vacay

The house was so cute from the outside. It has wonderful curb appeal. The inside was so clean and looked very updated. The backyard was amazing, The hot tub was wonderful, and it was very well landscaped. The location is great to get anywhere. We were there for Lagoon and a concert and the house is located so close to the freeway and made it easy! We loved it and plan to rebook in October!!

LOVE!

Absolutely love this home!! Convenient to grocery stores, shopping, airport, pretty much anything you want to do. Host is always amazing and accommodating. Very well stocked with kitchen equipment, awesome backyard grill and hot tub as well as basketball court, pickleball, fire pit. It’s a must for us when in Salt Lake.
