Quiet neighborhood with spectacular ski mountain views, this house is 5 minutes from Main Street and the gondola. Guest have full assess to the entire house and can enjoy the views from all 3 decks. The Shared space allows guests access to all common areas and the full backyard. Perfect time to enjoy this beautiful mountain town. Skiing, Hiking, biking and ATV trials are all right here. Amazing place! We loved the comfortable beds, big TV and full kitchen. The property is on a very beautiful mountain with really incredible views. The hast was very nice to deal with. Highly recommended!!

Very clean space

This location was fantastic for snowboarding/skiing, as it was only a few short minutes away from the peaks. The space was very clean as well. Maybe it was from driving all day, but I was slightly confused as to where the key box was initially. There was also a lot of upstairs noise during our stay which made it difficult to relax/sleep. Overall it was a great place to stay for our snowboarding trip (minus the upstairs noise).

Really spacious well-stocked kitchen beautiful neighborhood

We were amazed at how large the rooms were with full laundry facilities, huge kitchen and dining area and lovely deck with views. The owner was so nice too.

Quiet Getaway

The property is on a top of a mountain overlooking the town of Breckenridge. Easy 7 min drive to the Gondola Lots but a must for an AWD vehicle. The condo was comfortable for a family of four. I picked it for my older daughters to be able to sleep in separate twin beds. The use of the laundry room was nice after a day skiing and we cooked most nights. The owners were kind and offered to snow plow the drive our first morning in town. Would definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to Breck!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay at Forest Hills. Adam was a great host, easy to contact and attentive. Place was spotless and location was a big plus with great views. Thanks again for everything.

Spacious yet Cozy

Kids and I needed some extra space to spread out while 20+ of our family vacationed in Breck! Was a great place to come back to at the end of the ski day! Beds were cozy and kids enjoyed playing board games around the table!

Great place to stay for the weekend!

Great place for my family for a weekend of skiing and playing. Enough room to spread out and play. Seems silly but one of the best parts was not having to clean anything before we checked out! Nice to not have a bunch of rules and expectations to dampen the mood.

Great Breck Escape

This was a cozy and enjoyable property to crash for a ski weekend. Clean and just as described. Roomie for families. Well stocked kitchen to be able to cook.

Tucked away retreat

Very nice, minimally appointed lower level apartment 7 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. It was plenty big for our family of 5 and comes with beautiful views. It has a washer/dryer in the unit which is great during ski season to help keep things dry. Follow the directions for checking in as they are very helpful; without them you'd have a hard time finding where to go. Also in the winter make sure to have a good vehicle for snow as it is a steep drive. The owners who live upstairs are very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

The Perfect Breckenridge Getaway

Our family group of 5 had an outstanding stay at this Forest Hills lodging. The accommodations were just as advertised with clean, spacious rooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The morning views of the mountains were spectacular. Less than 5 minutes to Breck village and Gondola parking lot. The hosts Adam and Jennifer were fantastic and promptly answered all our questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful views and very clean and cozy

The owners thought of everything. Clean. Open floor plan. Kitchen stocked with everything. So nice to have a modern washer and dryer for ski clothes. Portable heaters and humifier helped us to get used to the altitude. Easy access to Breck and Keystone. Thank you for a nice stay.
