This is a 900 sq. ft., 4th floor condominium at the Village at Breckenridge, a ski-in ski-out premier location which is 20 yards from the Quicksilver lift and the Ski & Ride ski school. It is steps away from Main Street restaurants and shops, the Performing Arts Center, ice rink, and 400 miles of local paved bike trails.

The unit sleeps 6 guests. It has a king bed, and twin-daybed in the bedroom, and a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room.

There are flat screen TVs in both the living room, and the bedroom. The unit has a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy views of Maggie Pond and downtown Breckenridge from the unique 6'X6' picture window or wraparound deck.

The Village at Breckenridge has indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pool, exercise facility, steam and sauna rooms, concierge services, outdoor fire pit, heated underground garage, and valet parking. The washer/dryer is located on the same floor as the unit.

Skiing, snowboarding, biking, dining and shopping do not get any more convenient. Walk anywhere in Breckenridge in 10 minutes. Shuttle to all of Summit County, Keystone, and the factory outlet stores in Dillon.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is clean and conveniently located. Pictures represent condo well. Comfortably slept 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Very little problems encountered . . . . a little trouble getting firewood and the Internet codes in the Condo were not the correct codes, but once we figured that out, no problems. No disappointments. We would stay here again, and probably will.

Great value for money, can’t get a better location!

It is so well positioned, directly in front of Peak 9 slopes, you have Christy Sports directly under the Condo great for ski hire or tuning your skis.

Main Street the historical district is literally a very short walk around the corner, where you will find many shops & restaurants.

The Condo is very clean tidy and has everything you need to have a great holiday.

The owner is extremely helpful and we are grateful to him for letting us stay in his condo.

Great Condo would stay here again anytime!

Perfect location, complete set of kitchen tools, clean, lots of bed space that can host 5-6 ppl

Laundry is very convenient as well. Very nice view towards the mountains. Big balcony overs both the town side and the mountain side. So enjoyable by just sitting around. Perfectly clean unit, with all the living essentials provided. Very lovely place for all seasons.
