This remarkable three-bedroom residence offers a spacious interior and has undergone a complete renovation, showcasing a covered deck that presents breathtaking mountain views.
This unit is located on the third floor of the building and is a corner unit, which enhances privacy and provides picturesque views. The open floor plan is adorned with hardwood flooring that complements the western decor, fostering a warm atmosphere for your mountain retreat. The living room features numerous large windows, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace, along with additional entertainment options such as a DVD player, CD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi access, although air conditioning is not included.
The kitchen boasts ample open countertop space, modern appliances that enhance the wooden cabinetry, and a breakfast bar that accommodates four individuals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs designed to seat six guests.
The master suite includes a renovated bathroom and a king-sized bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds, while the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed. An additional full bathroom is accessible from the common hallway.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
