Cozy, convenient, easy access to town amenities.This large condominium comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. Separate storage for all winter/summer gear, washer/dryer in the unit, cable TV, FREE Wi-fi and free access to a brand new Club house with pool and .hot tubs, game rooms and lockers.

There is a FREE SHUTTLE BUS to Winter Park & Mary Jane ski areas is right out front of the building. IN JUST 2 QUICK MILES, you will be dropped off RIGHT BY THE Ski Lifts

Bedroom details: Queen Bed with very comfortable new Memory Foam mattress and Cable TV in Master Bedroom. 2nd Bedroom has a Full over Full Bunk Bed, each with a new Memory Foam Mattress. 3rd Bedroom has 4 Twins in bunk-style and Cable TV for kids. We also have extra twin folding bed stored in the closet. There are wood floors throughout and carpet in the bedrooms for added warmth. Both Bathrooms have been renovated and supplied with towels, shampoo/conditioner, lotions and hair dryers. We also supply a humidifier should it be needed at night.

Fully stocked kitchen includes: New appliances, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, crock pot and all the pots/pans and dishes you need. We leave all spices, condiments, foil, baggies, etc. for your use.

Wood Fireplace, Large Deck with view of woods and mountains where it is not unheard of to see wildlife right outside the patio door. Kids can sled on the sledding hill or play a game of soccer right next to the building. Walk over to the Frasier River to fish or just enjoy the sound of the water.

Within walking distance of the new cinema/upscale bowling alley(The Foundry), the Winter Park Pub, Hernando's pizzeria and the Fraser River Trail. 40 minutes from the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our condo is right next door to the NEWLY built clubhouse with Pool and hot tubs.

About Kim Caschette

We lived in Denver until Aug. 2015 and since have moved to Seattle. We have two school age boys who enjoy the mountains and outdoor activities the mountains in CO offer. Our boys are very active so this condo was the perfect choice.. Since we don't get to visit as often as we did when we lived in Denver, we wanted to share our little retreat with others. We also love traveling with our Dog and therefore have opened our condo up to other pet owners.

Why Kim Caschette chose Winter Park Area

We decided to purchase in Winter Park because we found the town to be so quaint. Another important factor was Winter Park is only a short 1 1/2 drive from Denver and Denver International Airport. We find the traffic is far easier to navigate during peak season. Once we decided on Winter Park, we looked at several different properties and found Hi Country Haus checked off several of our 'boxes'. In the Summer, our boys can drop their fishing poles in the Fraser River right across from our condo, hit the bike path or use the club house which keeps them entertained. We enjoy Rocky Mountain Natl. Park and the 3 nearby lakes. .Also, the new club house was another big reason we decided to purchase this property.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is on the top floor and is a corner unit. This makes it extremely quiet and with the skylight, the condo always feels bright and cozy. We have a private deck that overlooks the woods where wildlife is often spotted and you can enjoy a glass of wine in the summer time. The 3 bedrooms have enough beds to sleep 10 without someone having to sleep on a pull out couch in the living room. We are right next to the club house which provides a game room and pool/hot tub for our guests to enjoy.

WP ski trip

place was nice and within walking distance of Hernando's and other fine restaurants.

I rented a locker at mountain so I didn't have to carry my skis and poles after skiing....That helps a lot! Just change from your boots to comfy shoes.

The location is perfect. The pool house is wonderful. Kim is great to work with, and her home is very nicely stocked. Our trip included two families both with young children and one dog, and this was the perfect place for us. We can't wait to come back.

Kim is very responsive! The condo was very clean and ready for our arrival. It was perfect for our group. Wonderful location!! We walked to the best pizza in town and caught the shuttle very easily to the skies hill. The hot tub and pool were a plus after a day on the slopes. Thanks Kim!

Perfect place for a perfect family (including dog) vacation

Our family selected this unit due to its dog friendliness and the sleeping spaces. Master was comfortable and roomy and the two additional bedrooms had bunkbed combinations which provided multiple sleeping options. The Kitchen was well supplied with all kinds of cooking equipment, and roomy. Three adults could fit into the kitchen to prep food with out getting into each others way. All the appliances were clean and worked well. (toaster, coffee maker, crock pot ....) Lots of plates, glasses and cups to last throughout the day. There was a large eating area with seating for 6 + 3 stools at the eat at counter. The living room has a nice cozy sofa/loveseat. The TV was a medium sized flat screen and there were many movies and games. The wood fire place added nice ambience to our nightly game playing. The balcony was large and viewed a snowy slope. The ski bus picks you up right out front of the unit. It is within walking distance to Hernandos pizza which is a must place to eat in WP. If you have a large family and are looking for a clean, cozy a great value place to stay and don't need a swanky place I highly recommend you rent this unit.

Great location and well equipped!

We had a great experience at this condo. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 4 children. The shuttle stop was just outside the door and super convenient. We really enjoyed the sledding hill, playground, and recreation center just next door as well. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. It even had a variety of dvds and board games for family downtime. We also utilized the fireplace and got firewood from a local delivery person. Communication during and after the booking process was easy and clear from owners. We would definitely stay here again!

Great space - well stocked and comfortable

I stayed here with my family over the Xmas holidays and it was perfect. There were 6 of us: my wife, 5 year old son, my brother and my two parents. The owner also approved of my two medium sized dogs which was nice. We were comfortable in the 3 rooms. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed throughout the house. The fireplace was great as well. Very close to downtown Winter Park and the ski resort too. I'd recommend this rental for sure. The only minor downside is that is was on the 3rd floor of the complex and the 2 flights of stairs were a bit tiring for my 70-80 yr. old parents.

Just 40 minutes from Winter Park is Rocky Mountain National Park which offers all kinds of outdoor activities and offers spectacular views on Trail Ridge Road, the highest road in any US National Park (12,183'), open May-Sept.
