Spacious yet cozy, it’s the ideal retreat for families and friends to relax and make lasting memories.

Enjoy the comfort of a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking up hearty meals after a day on the slopes. Our home has been a place of cherished family memories, and we invite you to create your own.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hello: Please be sure to leave the card key(s) to the rec center in the tray in the kitchen to avoid incurring an replacement fee of $100.
If at all possible, please put all dishes in the dishwasher and run it to ensure our cleaning team has time to prepare for the next guest who could be checking in same day.
Please leave any beds that have been used unmade so cleaning team knows what needs to be washed. Thanks so much for staying with us and please keep us in mind for future visits.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INCLUDING ON THE DECK. IF EVIDENCE IS FOUND SMOKING REMEDIATION FEE OF $1000 WILL BE IMPOSED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No bikes in condo please. Chain bikes to rack outside and please don't' walk around in ski boots We have neighbors below.
$100 replacement fee for lost or missing rec center card key.

Close to all that Winter Park has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this well maintained property conveniently located close to skiing, restaurants and grocery shopping. The kitchen is well stocked, and the necessary kitchen and bathroom products provided. The fireplace lights easily and burns well. There is a lovely view out back. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

Everything was clean and the unit was awesome. It was right off the bus line, so we just woke up and walked to the bus when we were ready to ski. The kitchen was updated and spacious and there was plenty of seating in the dining room and living room.

Comfy place to stay, awesome river view from the deck!

This place is dated but otherwise a comfy place to stay with all the amenities you need. Convenient location -you can jump right to the walking path by the river. The view of the river is fantastic and a very relaxing place to read a book. Kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need. This was a great location for a summer trip to Fraser and to visit the surrounding areas.

Winter Park Getaway

Thank you for allowing us to visit your condo - we had a great time! The bus route worked out great for those who finished skiing early and allowed the others to ski longer. The restaurants are close by and have lots to choose from. We enjoyed Dun Bar and Sushi Nama. I would stay here again. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities.
