2 chambres de maître. Une chambre offre un lit king et une salle de bain attenante. L'autre offre 2 lits jumeaux, OU ils peuvent être transformés en un lit King avec kit de conversion; et salle de bain attenante. Le salon ouvert dispose d'un lit gigogne supplémentaire pour dormir confortablement jusqu'à 5 à 6 personnes. Grand balcon donnant sur la piscine, grande salle à manger, bar pour le petit-déjeuner, piscine d'eau salée chauffée, spa chauffé, ramada, espace barbecue, parking 1 garage, idéalement situé dans le nord de Scottsdale près de Loop 101, West World, baseball d'entraînement de printemps, restaurants, golf, etc ...

Great Place To Stay

We loved the condo! It is very comfortable, quiet and has an awesome view from the balcony. Had everything we needed for our month long stay. It's within walking distance to grocery stores and a few restaurants and easy access to the 101. Would definitely stay there again.

Owner does not seem to care

Have been using VRBO for 15 years, at least once per year and always up to this point have have a wonderful 5 star experience. Not this one. A brief summary:1-Usually you get a week or so before the start date notes on how to enter the condo. Not here. I contacted the management that said I should have and would contact the local manager. I was told by him to text him after I picked up my rental car and he would meet me at the condo. When I did he could not show up for a personal reason and sent me the digital lock code and a map of where the condo was in the complex. The very rudimentary map was of no help an I needed the building number or which there are 17. He did not know the number so I had to go from building to building walk up the stairs to see if my apt number was there.2-The internal instructions:Usually when you get in there are instructions on how to work things, when the trash is picked up and where you place it, Nothing at all.3-Electrical outlets in KitchenThey did not work. Had to go to electrical panel and use the reset procedure to get them working. This happened three more times during our stay.4-KitchenThere are two coffee pots on the counter. One Keurig style did not work at all. The other a drip did work except the on off switch has a light that is to be on when you are using the pot, it did not work and the heating element under the pot was not keeping the coffee hot. Thanks for your feedback. We do personal checkins at all of our properties. If we are not able to then a code is given before arrival for the door. We handled any and all maintenance items during the stay. All is taken care of. Thanks for staying and I hope we can provide better service for you next time.

Seldom do I post a review this glowing so pay attention. The moment I stepped into this wonderful property I felt it was perfect. I have never been more at home in a rental property. Great Accommodations in Scottsdale

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and loved the location which made it easy to get to anywhere we wanted, with the 101 just a couple of blocks away. Raintree Casitas is close to a Greenbelt entrance in a very walkable neighborhood. Grocery stores and pharmacies as well as some restaurants are also within walking distance. The condo itself looks out over the pool and has very comfortable patio furniture which made for a quiet, relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and warmth. We had everything we needed. The only thing we can think of that needs an update is some sharp knives in the kitchen as the ones there are quite dull. Wes at Latitude 8 met us on arrival and then helped us very quickly sort out a few concerns that popped up and Myles was easy to work with and responsive about the rental process itself. We would love to return to this condo in the future but it is already taken for next year. While we go with another Latitude 8 rental we will be keeping our eye on this one for futures vacations.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient!

This is a great unit that is clean and kept stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. I stayed here for two months and enjoyed every minute of it. The complex is conveniently located, quiet and the pool is wonderful! Having use of a garage was amazing as I was there during a tremendous heat wave. Wes was very kind and responsive. I had no issues during my stay there and would absolutely stay there again!

Great 2nd floor condo

I would happily stay here again. The couches need to be replaced, but other than that it’s a good place to stay. Excellent location in Scottsdale. Dedicated parking or garage available.

The condo was super clean, very comfortable and quiet. We were close to shopping and it was very easy to get around from this location. The pool and hot tub were a bonus and never very busy. The condo had everything we needed.

The furniture was comfortable. The view of the pool, the grounds, and the mountains was beautiful. Wes was our go to person and was VERY helpful. We felt bad for the owner downstairs as close to everything we did could be heard because of the soundproofing or lack of it between the floors. Overall, we would use Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals again without hesitation.
