Great place for a romantic retreat, a golfing, boating or fishing adventure or a warm break in the sunshine! It has everything you could need for a luxurious stay.

Smoking is not permitted
If reservation comes in less than 8 days before the trip there will be an additional $50 expedite fee to the HOA to get parking permit.
It is expected that the unit be left as you found it. We do the sheets and two set of towels. Excessive laundry will incur additional charges.
It is highly recommended that travel insurance is purchased. I cannot give refunds when I don't have the time to rebook your time. No exceptions.

The condo unit was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Pretty location on the marina and close to restaurant.

Beautiful Burnt Store Marina

Burnt Store Marina is a wonderful place to Spend the winter.Several restaurants, pickle ball courts, exercise facilities and 3 golf courses . The area is very dog friendly and there is a great dog park that you can join. We have a very large Bernese Mountain who was allowed in the condo. We found the condo to be very clean and well supplied with anything you need for a long stay. We only had one problem the entire 3 month stay. Sabine was there with in minutes to take care of the issue immediately. We enjoyed our winter here so much we bought a home in Burnt Store Marina.

Escaping the Pennsylvania Cold and Snow!

Excellent! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Sabine was available if we had questions and was very prompt to reply. The grounds were very well kept and very pretty. All the neighbors we met were so friendly! We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Sabine!

Perfect size

The Burnt Store property was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Privacy was guaranteed with the layout of the condo. The pool and marina area are lovely.
