This beautiful luxury condo was recently & completely renovated and is one of the finest and most beautiful condos of its size that you have ever seen. On a scale of 1 to 10, it is definitely a 10. The owner of this condo rents this home to people of discriminating taste who will take good care of it as if it were their own. This condo is professionally managed so as to optimize your lodging experience.

This condo is a 1-bedroom + den, 2-bathroom unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed and connects to a master bathroom with a steam shower. The den has a queen sofabed. The living room also has a queen sofabed. Though the condo can theoretically sleep up to six people, we prefer to limit the number of guests to four, though exceptions might be considered. The condo features a radiant, hydronic, in-floor heating system throughout the unit (considered to be the best and most comfortable heating system there is); custom cabinetry; travertine (a natural stone) and carpeted floors with beautiful decorative rugs; wood-beamed ceiling with canned lighting system; sliding opaque glass pocket-door/wall systems to create privacy between rooms, the walls/doors can be slid into pockets (constructed in the fixed walls) to open up the adjoining rooms.

Kitchen: Spectacular walnut, raised-panel, custom cabinetry with maple dental molding; Subzero refrigerator and GE Monogram dishwasher with matching walnut raised-panels; GE Monogram range; exotic granite counters; travertine stone floor with a beautiful decorative oriental rug; granite desktop (with wireless Internet connection) near the kitchen.

Living room: Wood-burning fireplace with beautiful copper (green patina) hood; glass window-wall system overlooks the mountains with two sliding-glass floor-to-near-ceiling windows with glass safety panels; two bar stools at granite counter overlooking adjoining kitchen & living room; custom walnut raised-panel TV/audio cabinet system; sofa bed; hickory rocking chair with matching fixed chair and table; carpeted floor with beautiful decorative runners; custom, built-in walnut bookcases that match the walnut raised-panel TV/audio cabinet and custom kitchen cabinetry.

Master bedroom & bathroom: Queen bed; bird's-eye maple, raised-panel custom cabinetry (drawers, closets & matching headboard) with built-in reading lights; flat-screen TV; carpeted floor with a beautiful decorative runner. Connecting to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with matching raised-panel, bird's-eye maple, custom cabinetry; exotic granite counter; built-in flat-screen TV, walk-in shower with steam shower system; comfort-height toilet.

Den: This room overlooks the mountains; shades can be drawn for privacy; queen sofa bed; sliding opaque glass wall/door system to create privacy between rooms, or this wall/door can be slid into pockets constructed into fixed walls to open up this room to adjoining rooms, thus creating an open feeling. If the guests of this den want closet space, they can use a nearby closet. Additionally, if they want even more space, there is storage space in the nearby custom walnut cabinet. Also, the master bedroom has been designed and constructed with two sets of custom built-in closet/drawer systems; multiple guests in your group can use these custom closet/drawer systems -- There is an abundance of drawer and closet space in this spectacular condo.

Second bathroom: Custom-built, raised-panel cherry cabinetry with maple dental molding; granite counter top; comfort-height Toto toilet; shower-bathtub with sliding glass patrician/door.

Storage locker: There is a storage locker in the lower level of this building where skies, snowboards, golf clubs, etc. can be stored.

Laundry room: There is a separate laundry room on the first floor of the Snowflake building (coin-operated machines).

Other amenities: High-speed wireless Internet; printer; three flat-screen cable TVs.

3 to 5-night minimum stay, depending upon the time of the year -- Longer stays are preferred and take priority.

The location of the Snowflake building is considered to be one of the best locations in Copper Mountain -- convenient to the ski mountain, a high-speed six-person ski lift, the main lodge for the resort "Copper Springs Lodge") , the tubing hill, and other services. People come to Copper Mountain for the skiing and come back for the summers.

It is a beautifully-renovated luxury condo, making it a very exciting & fun lodging experience. The condo is located right at the base of the ski mountain, with its nearby high-speed chairlift. From the moment you enter, you are surrounded by luxury- from the granite and top-end cabinetry throughout, to the TV/Steam shower in the bathroom, to the well-appointed kitchen, etc.. The location is central to every amenity, yet quiet. You are within easy walking distance to the lifts or Copper Village. Great experience- highly recommended!"

Beautiful unit right by the super bee lift with responsive owner. Ski locker steps from the lift!

If you like marble counter tops, tile floors, beautiful woodwork this is your unit. We ski all week and I have to adjust to altitude for a couple days, so this unit was perfect. I had amazing views of the mountain to "while away my time" watching the NorAm races. The ski locker is literally steps from the super bee lift, very handy. JJ's restaurant and bar was wonderful and is right next door. Bus system is efficient to get to center and west village and very friendly drivers! We got very little fresh snow this week but they groomed every night and temps softened the snow so skiing was excellent.

The owner has tried to provide everything you'd need, including distilled water for the humidifiers, lots of kitchen items that are so handy like saran wrap, glass bowls, lots of dishwasher soap, Tupperware etc. Very minor complaints so you know this is a legit kitchen garbage bags that we could locate, "nonstick" pans are past their prime from tough use (pretty common, darn renters), no dry measuring cups. But very minor compared to the complete responsiveness and attentiveness of the owner. Be prepared for extra contracts from the owner and an onslaught of emails with information of all types regarding resources, restaurant recommendations, ski rental and pass suggestions, etc. Additional contract seemed superfluous to vrbo, but owner is rightfully proud of, and protective of unit.

Great property, very nice and clean. Owner is a true gentleman

Condo is located near the Super Bee lift. There was also a private locker located in the shop/restaurant building closest to the lift. We were able to drop off skis at the locker and enjoy a quiet lunch in the room. Condo is very clean, the owner was available for questions or concerns (if needed). The owner even turned us on to great discounts in the area.

Ideal comfort and proximity…

A great ski-in location for some of the best skiing and boarding in Colorado; this condo offered us excellent comfort and amenities to give us a fantastic ski vacation.

Not only did we have high-quality accommodations, but we benefited from the added advantages of being close to the high-speed Super Bee Lift, having an equipment rental shop in the building, and opposite the Copper Station lodge for lift passes and other services. I’ve not stayed in a better situated condo when skiing in North America.

Though the Owner normally limits the condo to four inhabitants, he did allow our group of five to stay there – we had no issues at all. We fully utilized the condo for the usual needs, but also affords high-quality facilities that allowed us to entertain ourselves (TVs, DVD, stereo) while relaxing in the comfortable furniture and steam shower, with its well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook great group meals not normally possible when renting a condo.

A great place with a proactive owner who went out of his way to facilitate a great trip for us!

In other words, if you want to rent this condo for Friday and Saturday nights (December 30 and 31), because of the four-night minimum stay, you will need to also rent the condo for two other nights that result in four or more consecutive nights.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
