TC 207 is a 2 level, 1200 sq ft, ski in/walk out, 2 bed+loft, 2 bath unit that sleeps 6. The unit has a great mountain vibe with tall ceilings, modern rustic decor and floor to ceiling windows. The living room is wide open with a gas fireplace and a deck that looks up towards the Ten Mile Range. It also features a smart TV, and bluetooth speaker. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bath w/ radiant heat floors. The upstairs includes a large bedroom w/ king bed and flat screen TV, a spacious loft w/ 2 twin beds and a shared bath. The condo offers free Wi-Fi, covered parking, shared hot tub/gas bbq/coin-op laundry facilities and a ground floor ski locker. Situated right on the condo access ski run, this unit is located in the Center Village of Copper and a short 3 minute walk to the ski lifts, restaurants and shops. One assigned parking space available on-site. Overflow parking subject to availability, please contact rental management to request a permit. The kids loved the two twin beds in the loft. Couch and chairs are good My personal preference it would have been nice to have a recliner There are 36 steps to the door. OoofBalcony is nice. Chairs were ok. Could be comfier. The hot tub was hot. Most of the jets weren’t jetting Balcony opens up to face the hot yup and then the hills and forest are behind that. A short walk to Copper Center/coffee.

Awesome place

Our family had a great time here. The ski in made our stay great. The short walk to the gondola or American Flyer was what I was worried about, but it was short and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to slopes and true ski in/out. close to shops and restaurants, although we didn't eat out a lot. Shopped in Denver, but closest grocery store is in Frisco. Great Location and Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a good unit. The inside of the unit is very nice and just like the description. I was disappointed in the amenities not provided (I had to go to the store and buy body wash, conditioner, and lotion). It needs additional humidifiers (maybe I couldn't find more than 1). The outside (the actual bldg) is a bit older/tired but the inside is great. Laundry is NOT in the unit. Have to walk to laundrymat in the bldg. I was here during the summer - great access to bike and hiking trails! Would recommend, just bring everything you need.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really liked the condo and the location. Had a lot of fun and would come back. My only issue is the parking. I registered our vehicle the first night and didn't realize that you have to do that every 24 hours. So our SUV got a nasty sticker on the window I guess after the first day threatening to put a boot on the car. No one from the office bothered to notice us or call us about this. No reason we should have to register it everyday and there is no reason why the office couldn't have contacted me by phone instead of putting a very hard to get off sticker on our window.

We loved the condo. Had everything we needed and were able to easily have group meals. Space is well laid out and access to the mountain is excellent. Thank you.

On top of that, there was food and trash on the floor beneath the couch when we arrived.

Great extended Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Copper Mountain very much. Hiking was just out the door. There were plenty of activities within the Village. The location of Copper is perfect for day trips to other towns near by. In the summer, there are limited restaurant options, our favorite was 10 Mile. Our unit was clean and comfortable. We had our own designated parking spot, which was appreciated. We would have preferred to have in-unit laundry but there were paid machines. Unfortunately, there was not an option to get quarters, so we had to make a few trips to the bank. One wash machine was broken during our entire stay, so that was inconvenient. Overall a great stay and we would stay again.

Nice property Copper Mountain

This was a beautiful condo with great accommodations for our group. Very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub and ski in ski out.

Great location, great condo!

My family had a great time. Good location and close to the village. A few minor issues, (frige compressor kept hissing all day and night) but the property manager was responsive. Overall the condo was comfy and nice. Only thing I’d let others know is that it is a trek to go up those steps if you’re not used to high altitude and the snow.

Great stay! Perfect location to lifts.

Everything was comfortable and clean. Smooth check in process. Great proximity to ski lift. The refrigerator made a loud noise off and on I think it needs to be looked at. The noise was very loud at times like the compressor wasn’t working properly.
