The cottage "La Petite Venise" is located on the first floor of an Alsatian house full of charm and authenticity (alcoves, half-timbering, woodwork,...) in the heart of the old town and historic center of the very pretty city of Colmar.



It can accommodate two adults and two children.

This charming, completely renovated, modern and cozy apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower a small equipped kitchen (oven, stove and refrigerator), a living area with a 160 cm sofa bed a flat-screen TV, wifi and a spacious bedroom with a 140 cm double bed



The apartment is on the 1st floor without an elevator.



The apartment is located above a bar, unfortunately, we had to note that you can of course hear some noise during the bar's operation. But the city center is also very lively and anyone who rents an apartment in the city center should expect it not to be as quiet.



This ideal location will make you travel for a weekend or during a longer stay in the heart of Alsace and its traditions, and will invite you to discover the streets of Colmar and its Little Venice, as well as the Christmas markets whose reputation is no longer to be made. Around this magnificent city, you can let yourself live to the rhythm of the wine route and its gastronomy, its grand crus and its many Alsatian villages.



The entire apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

Are you coming by car? The Montagne Verte and Rapp public parking lots are the closest. You also have the possibility of finding a spot in neighboring streets, with street parking, which is paid (parking meter or application) from 9am to 7pm except on Sundays and public holidays.

The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone during certain events (Christmas markets, in downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone by parking meter is available nearby.

The Montagne Verte public parking is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

The Rapp public parking is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 900 underground spaces (maximum height of 2.15m, possibility of electric car charging).

You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within an 800m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

You have the possibility to reserve a spot in a secure bicycle room in a neighboring building (800m away).

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ in additional cleaning fees.



Bed and bath linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of a prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60€ will be charged to you.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
