Amenities: Grounds have a resort like look and feel, Heated Pool and Spa, Nice Clubhouse, Fitness Center with Locker Room and Sauna, Tennis Courts, Elevator and Wireless Internet. Beachplace is just minutes from the renowned shops and world-class dining at St. Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota. One Month rental Minimum but some special request will be considered. No smoking / no pets.

Why they chose this property
Very few places have the opportunity to have a gulf and bay views! Also, Beachplace is beautiful and well kept and just minutes away from Armand Circle. The condo has recently been renovated and redecorated with a light and airy coastal feel. It makes you happy, relaxed and feel right at home!
What makes this property unique
Gulf and Bay views and the best heated pool I've seen! Tennis, exercise facility, hot tub, awesome baby pool, beach area is really nice withy complimentary chairs and umbrellas are all wonderful benefits of this property!
