We had an amazing stay at this condo in Aspen! The location couldn't be better—it's conveniently walkable to everything you need, from shops and restaurants to the ski lifts. The host was incredibly accommodating and nice, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband and 3 teenage children loved our stay here. The location was amazing and we had plenty of room to spread out. MJ was very responsive to our needs. We rode the gondola up Aspen Mountain and played disc golf. The teens loved that. We also hiked Maroon Bells and saw deer, fox, and a bear!

We just returned from the perfect Aspen ski trip with our family of 4. MJ is an incredible host who went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our arrival, stay and departure were flawless and easy. The condo itself is updated and comfortable with everything you’d need. Perfect size for our family of four and the location cannot be beat. Short walk to town as well as grocery store. We cannot wait to return!

Roomy, conveniently located Aspen property

We enjoyed our Aspen stay at this property. We had plenty of room for our party of 3. The condo was clean and comfortable and it was a super easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations for activities, restaurants, parking, etc. She left a customer card for the local grocery store for us to use which came in handy. I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing and Awesome Condo-BEST LOCATION!

What a fantastic condo! Not only is it in an excellent location for walking anywhere in town, it is an all year great place to stay. In the summer you can walk to many hiking trails, shops, restaurants and various activities. In the winter, it is walking distance to Ajax Mountain and all the apres ski venues you could ever want. DO NOT bring a canoe needed! I went with my husband and 3 kids and there was plenty of room - Actually really nice the kids stayed downstairs in a huge suite and we stayed upstairs with a great view! We cooked several times and with 3 kids there was a lot of laundry! Everything was made super easy by the host who texted us to make sure all was well several times!! We did bring a car but never used it - too close to everything! This is a hidden gem and for sure coming back next year! Thank you-lived your hospitality and wonderful place!

MJ and Larry have been frequent Aspen skiers since their youth and are thrilled to be able to continue their Aspen adventures with family and others. The incredible variety that Aspen offers from music, hiking, biking, skateboarding for kids and strolling the shops in the summer to the terrific slopes and energy of the ski season, make it a wonderful vacation destination.

Why they chose this property

Aspen and Snowmass offer terrific variety of skiing in the winter that suits our kids needs and offers that challenges that lifelong skiers enjoy. The summer activities and events are myriad. Music festival, hiking and biking are favorites and the kids cannot get enough of the skateboarding. Of course family adventures to the Punch Bowl, Independence Pass, whitewater rafting, fishing and others are amazing. Aspen has great restaurants and shopping to complete the package to the perfect vacation destination.

What makes this property unique

The particular location of our condo is so appealing because it is somewhat secluded and quiet but is only steps to the center of town, a unique combination. Just off the hill it can be considered a ski-in location in winter which contributes to the appeal. We know that all our guests appreciate these features and we hope to share them with others.
