This beachfront condo is fantastic! We loved the big oversized chairs overlooking the ocean. Loved the building and amenities! Tons of hot tubs, pools, lazy rivers, restaurants, bars (loved karaoke night), pool table, laundry, onsite staff, Vacasa did a great job - really had a wonderful time!

Loved having restaurant and bar was way access also the pool and laundry as well.The rooms were nice but the one closest door was broken and needed a bar in-the bathtub,very slippery was afraid of falling

Great views

It was lovely. The only problem we had was getting into our condo... Every time. The key code would only work once in a while and we had to enter it over and over again. We weren't the only ones. Other people were having the same problem. But the condi was clean and very nice. We had a wonderful time.

Great View!

The view in this unit is great and the condo looks just as pictured. The master bedroom was much larger than expected. I would have given it a 5 stars but we did have some issues with the keyless entry system as the door was hard to open and our second key card never worked after multiple replacements (tip we figured out on second to last day, put key card in and pull it out, pull the door handle up then down quickly and push the door in!). This is a very kid friendly building and so unless you are going off season it’s not really a romantic getaway spot but wonderful for a family. That said the people staying and working at the resort were all very nice, beach was beautiful, easy to access and the tiki bar was fun with great bands!

The room was spacious. The appliances worked well. The floors were falling apart. The transitions on either end of the kitchen were just laid down with silicone caulk that had broken its seal a while ago. The room had an odor. We traced it to the couch. Smelled like a frat party got out of control and someone urinated on the couch. Not to worry we Febreezed it. The staff was very helpful we added a day at either end of our trip. Pools were cleaned and then cleaned again immediately after the hurricane. The staff worked thier tails off keeping this place running smooth. Oh the batteries were bad in the smoke detection device and it chirped repeatedly all night.

We would return!!

I will give the most honest review!! This room was good for what we needed. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and towels were stocked. The transition strips on the floor were not adhered to anything and continued to come off but I see in other reviews this was a issue there too. Also the trim but the trash can door was loose. The trash door also needs replaced or fixed because it is not on track. The main issue I saw which I am learning isn’t the owners but VACASA is that the floors were disgusting. We wiped up water from the kids bathing suits and the towels used were very gross. The maid service definitely needs to clean the floors better! I had a broom but if I would have had a mop I would have done it! Under the bed in the master bedroom there was also a bottle of fairlife milk and a Red Bull can. So they really need to make sure it is being cleaned good. The view is beautiful and the amenities are on point! Pools were always clean and the bar is fantastic. Honestly it wasn’t bad at all it was decorated gorgeous and the furniture was up to date. The Murphy bed came in handy as well and was quite comfortable!

Relaxing Place to Stay!

We loved our stay at the Baywatch Resort and will definitely be back! It was November so the resort was quiet, which we loved. The main building was under construction, but that didn't bother us. We figure some of the amenities wouldn't be available since it was off season. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area and indoor pool options. The room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed! Our only wish was that the jets in the bathtub worked, and there was Netflix on the TV. :)

Great location with wonderful views

Overall, the property needs some TLC. Appreciated the parking garage directly across from the resort. Upon entering our room, we were immediately drawn to the gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen was much smaller than we expected, but clean. Make sure you pack/purchase everything needed for cooking, down to the salt & pepper shakers, as nothing is provided. Beachy decor was cute, but the sofa smelled like urine on one end of it. LOVED the tall beach chairs on the balcony! On day 2 of our 3 day stay, after spending some time at the beach, we came up to room to shower before going out for dinner & noticed our A/C wasn't cooling. Switched the settings & even turned it off for several minutes, but it had just quit working. Told the front desk, who sent up maintainence to look at it. I received a phone call from the front desk telling us that the A/C had frozen up & we were to leave it off overnight. Thankfully the overnight temperatures were cooler, so we didn't need A/C. The next morning, tried turning it back on, but it still wasn't working. My husband tried calling front desk, but kept getting busy signal, so he went down to tell them it wasn't working. We were getting ready to go down to spend the day on the beach when an HVAC company showed up at our door. They diagnosed it quickly, but had to leave to pick up a new fan to replace the one that quit working & because they weren't with the resort, they couldn't give them a key for access to our room if we were out. We were told by resort staff that we had to wait in our room until they returned to fix it. That day it was warmer than the previous day, so by 11am, the humidity & room temp were getting a bit uncomfortable & unfortunately this was our last full day to relax on the beach before checking out the next morning. Thankfully, it only took a couple of hours & they got it fixed. We never received any type of apology or anything from the hotel staff though. One other thing that's worth mentioning, the resort seems to pride itself on being a non-smoking property, but 2 of our 3 nights there, we couldn't spend a long time on our balcony around dinner time as there were people near us smoking on their balconies. When we checked out the next morning, there was only 1 lady at the counter who was helping another person & after waiting several minutes, we decided to just drop our room keys in the drop box & leave. We enjoyed the beach & the area, but doubtful we stay at this property again.

Unhappy with stay!!!

Our room was semi clean, however the entire property was very out dated, dirty, lots of broken things, and people were constantly smoking and vaping. Our room keys NEVER worked and after getting new cards 5 times, they replaced the key card reader, and they worked for an hour then went right back to not working, so we literally stayed locked out of our room the way home time. The unit we stayed in was very small unlike the pictures and description. My husband here's the place as soon as we arrived and I convinced him to please stay. The pools were always murky and not clean. The entire property was old and dirty and unkept. We ended up leaving a day early because we were miserable. I would love if we could possible get a partial refund.

Beautiful view as advertised

Loved staying here. The bedroom is very large and the living area very comfy for 2 people. I would not advise 2 more people staying there. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Great space...great value...pet friendly!

The space was perfect. We were able to bring stuff for breakfast and lunch and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with utensils and dinnerware.

Awesome Stay!

The unit was spotlessly clean, furnishings were perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the view cannot be beat. That it was "pet friendly" was great. The staff at the resort was very responsive. clean, new and great view

All newly decorated, clean and great view of the beach/ocean ...will stay hear again. Also has a murphy bed and a newly redone kitchen. Parking is easy and close to the room and the front desk is very helpful
