This architect's villa from the 60's is nestled on a wooded and bright plot. This elegant 3 levels construction of 200m² can comfortably accommodate 9 people. Endowed with a 180° sea & city view, it is equipped with all amenities for your stay: swimming pool & pool house, fiber Wifi, gas BBQ, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, parking lots, several terraces, deckchairs, air conditioning in bedrooms, bath with sea view, fully equipped kitchens, ping-pong table, working desk, garages etc.

The exteriors of 2000m² include:
. Wooded area (olive trees, orange trees, etc.) on several levels all around the House
. An unheated swimming pool 4m wide by 8m long with a height difference varying from 1m10 to 2m10
. The surroundings of the swimming pool are equipped with parasols and deckchairs to make the most of it, an outdoor shower is also available under the trees
. A main terrace on several levels equipped with an outdoor dining area, a garden furniture area, a gas BBQ, pool access stairs and main entrance door level 2, two electric awnings, one of which is non-retractable
. A pool house equipped with benches for 9 pax, dining table, 2-burner gas cooker, BBQ equipment as well as cutlery and plates for your meals. Please note that this space is equipped with non-operational elements: a wood-burning BBQ, a wood-burning pizza oven which are prohibited from use for safety and insurance reasons. A fridge is present in this space, however it is out of use and should only be used if you wish to store non-perishable dry products.
