Island Club 5504-Ocean Front

The Island Club is a family-oriented resort on 25 acres of prime oceanfront property with expansive beaches and beautiful sunrises.
Our three bedroom ocean front, 5th floor villa offers spectacular views that include the ability to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your oversized balcony. The villa will comfortably sleep 8-10. The unit has been totally renovated with all new furniture and decorations. Attention has been given to all the details in this beautifully renovated unit.
The master suite includes a king size bed and master bath with huge walk in closet. Wake to a spectacular view of the ocean from the master bedroom and walk out to the private balcony for your morning coffee. The second guest room includes another king size bed with a private bath. The third bedroom has two Queen beds and a private bath as well. There is also a pull out Queen size sofa bed in the living room with a gel mattress.

The Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security.

Pool and hot tub area is typically closed between mid-November through the first week of March each year for winter maintenance. Feel free to contact us about specific dates that are set each year.

Beautiful oceanfront property with awesome ocean view. Our family included 2 young grandchildren, which made the short walk to the beach or pool especially appealing. The condo is beautifully maintained, with furniture in perfect condition. I recommend the property without hesitation and hope to visit again in the near future.

Excellent experience

This was an excellent place to stay. Located conveniently near so much, and right on the beach. The place is laid out very well and accommodated our family well. We loved it!

The condo was clean, spacious and filled with everything we needed to have a great week. The views of the balcony were spectacular it was just a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend!

Amazing condo!!

This condo was amazing! Beautifully furnished and had anything we needed for the beach! We loved getting up every morning and having our coffee out on the balcony, looking out over the ocean!! We will definitely look to book the same unit again!!

Beautiful, spacious and clean condo with amazing view of the ocean

We enjoyed our stay here very much. I was traveling with my three teenage children and elderly parents. There was plenty of room for my son who has autism to have the space he needed and for my parents to enjoy the beach from the balcony

Perfection!

We had an amazing time. This property was perfect for our family. Every detail is thought of and the accessibility is great for all ages. We had a rental car so we were able to travel anywhere. We loved the location and felt it was away from the crowd a little. The beds are so comfortable and the balcony offered a beautiful view! We will be back!

The unit was perfect, pvt baths for each room. The unit was clean, beds comfortable, stocked sufficiently for beach use. Variety of games for one and all. Decorated nicely and layout of unit flowed well. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the deck, walk to beach convenient. Extremely nice condo. The owners thought of everything! Kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, gadget, and appliance we needed and then some. Excellent location. Great communication with owner. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Wonderful Unit!

We had such a great time staying here - the unit is immaculately decorated and maintained and had simple extras that we appreciated, such as laundry and dishwasher detergent, basic seasonings, etc. The hosts were terrific to work with and views from the unit were absolutely beautiful! Vacation with daughters, son-in-law, and granddaughter

This was our first stay in this property and we couldn’t have asked for better! They had thought of all the basic items needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were extra perks such as a jar of candy and a large basket of well used small towels to clean messy children, dirty feet, etc! The ocean view was outstanding! The condo was visibly pleasing, very comfortable, and updated. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Hilton Head!

Felt like home away from home

This has been our best VRBO rental to date. Annual girls trip was HH for 2022 and we couldn't believe how clean, well-stocked and tastefully decorated this condo is for the price. Numerous shops, local restaurants and things to do close by. Views are beyond words, especially the sunrise. One of only a very few top floors with a covered balcony as well. Thank you Marty and Andrea for the exceptional rental!

Island Club Paradise

Have stayed at Island Club off and on for 28 years and this hands down the most well-renovated unit we have stayed in. We’ll-appointed and stocked kitchen. Covered balcony that is unusual for Island Club units and allows lounging during rainy times. Great location and lots of on-site tennis & Pickleball. Hosts very welcoming and responsive to questions. Will be back for our next family gathering when we need a 3BR!

We had so much fun over the July 4th week! I booked this location about 1 year ago after much searching. So glad I did....all the pics, review and info were spot on! Fully stocked kitchen, the best we have seen. Clean and plenty of space for a large family. We will be back!!!!

Awesome Place

This place was amazing!.. It was beautifully decorated and the view was gorgeous! The house had to be professionally decorated or the owner should be a decorator. Everything was pristine! All appliances were new and the beds were so comfortable. The sheets I think were Lands End and so soft! And the candy jar just so happened to have smarties in it. That is my sons fave treat. It was such a nice, thoughtful added touch. We will definitely stay here again as I believe it was the best condo in the whole complex!

We have vacationed at Island Club for almost 30 years and this unit is far and above the most beautiful, well appointed and clean unit we have EVER rented. Owners do an exceptional job communicating and making sure every detail is covered. Here’s what to love: ocean front with 4 rocking chairs to watch sunrises from the covered balcony; beautiful high end furniture and artwork-not outdated or soiled; Fiestaware kitchen dishes and every utensil needed to cook away; layout is conducive to families and entertaining; amenities -which include high quality Lands End sheets and towels; toys for fun-beach chairs, games, puzzles and even a toddler cupboard with toys; a large washer/dryer; big basket at the door to hold all the flip flops and crocs-and did I mention clean? Wow! Even the drawers in kitchen, bath and bedrooms are spotless, rugs are clean and beautiful. Then the welcome goodies -what a touch! We felt like special guests -not renters! Book today-but not for our weeks-we hope to be repeat renters for years to come.

My wife and family have been vacationing at the Island Club for over twenty years with our two daughters and extended family. We enjoy visiting Hilton Head more frequently than once a year, so we purchased our first two bedroom unit in 2012. This three bedroom unit became available in 2019 and we seized the opportunity to purchase the ocean front top floor unit. The unit needed attention, so we remodeled it in 2019-2020. The unit is finished as our second home, not simply as a rental. The finishes are what you would expect to have at home. When we stay at 5504, we completely unwind and enjoy viewing the ocean from the balcony.
