The condo is located a shells throw from the ocean and the views will take your breath away. Totally updated and newly furnished 4th floor condo on one of the best beaches in Hilton Head. Sleeps 6 comfortably, king, queen, full size pullout and queen pullout in living area. Enjoy the amazing sunrise from the living areas, master bedroom, and balcony. Watch the dolphins jumping or the deer taking a morning stroll on the dunes. Fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances, and granite counters. Breakfast bar with stools, dining table for 6. Master bath has large walk-in shower and double vanity. New full size, stacking washer and dryer in unit. Coffee bar with charging station. Free WI/FI and cable TV. 3 TV's in unit. Dining table and lounge chairs on balcony overlooking ocean. Private beach access, large swimming pool and kiddie pool. Gated complex. Beach cart, chairs, shade tents, umbrella, cooler and assorted beach toys supplied for your enjoyment. Short walk next door to JJ's outdoor grille for a cold drink/burger, and bike rental or take a short walk down the beach to the Weston Resort for a great dinner. Walk or bike to breakfast, shopping, parks, tennis, or golf. Close to grocery shopping. Perfect central location.

Larry/Sally were GREAT!! They are easy to communicate with, spot on instructions and very easy reservation process. The condo is absolutely beautiful, and the view of the Atlantic is spectacular! Beach access is right at the base of the property. We loved every second we were there! Definitely will be returning to this property! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation! 10/10!!

Communication with the owner was excellet. He was very prompt at getting information to us and giving us clear directions in procedures. The unit was well stocked with everything that we needed. There was a beautiful view and it was a nice clean place. It was very quiet and a wonderful place to spend vacation.

This property was very well maintained. It was very clean and had everything we needed and that it said it would provide. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The view of the beach both from inside the condo and then on the balcony were beautiful. The balcony was also a very good size with comfortable places to sit as well as a table to sit at. The walk to the beach was close and the pool area and restrooms were also very clean and well taken care of. This was our first time at Folly Field beach and staying on this part of the island…and we all said we’d definitely return!

The view is spectacular! This place was beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home. It had all the necessary amenities you could want. It was fully stocked! The directions and suggestions were very very helpful. The hosts are very responsive. We definitely want to come back!

Loved our stay. Only complaint was the front door was very hard to lock and unlock. The owner responded quickly to the issue and even came to the condo to show us how to maneuver the lock. Other than that, it was perfect. Very clean condo, comfortable, and had every amenity needed.

We had a fabulous time at Sea Cloisters! The condo is fabulous - stocked with everything you need, very clean and very comfortable. The views were incredible. Our family enjoyed the property as well with the easy beach access, great (and uncrowded) pool, and watching for the bunnies. We loved being close to so many great things on HHI and not being in the middle of Coligny and major traffic. Larry was on top of the communications and while we did not need much during our stay, it was obvious we could get in touch with him quickly. Thanks for a great stay!
